I think maybe her boyfriend would give her some money. Then what?

Why do I doubt the US citizen kids you would gladly let her take back to PI would get an money? What a guy.

I understand you don't want to have anything to do with your wife, however why would someone let their own children go so 'easily'. sounds like you have a life you want to move on with and wana to get the burden off your shoulders.

betrayal?

You could have said one twin can go with her and one with me, although seperating twins is not a wise idea, however how simple you just want everything gone and you be a bachelor again. Sad that God blessed you with twins.

If you just want them out of your life, then file for a divorce, and let them be. You are not responsible for them and they are not for you.

you will be a free bird

no matter what u or her thinks children need both parents, divorce does not mean the only thing u have to do is give them money.

if she is sent back to her country with the children ur depriving the children of a mother and a father they need both

just get a divorce pay child support and have ur visitation with ur children.

Wowwww heavy! A demon living in her, someone is right maybe there is a typographical error there "with her" should be. I can't imagine a so-called father can just give away her twins like that? The OP posted such a horrible post, and he didn't even give a bit detailed information. Oh well, I guess this is just another post from a person who hates my fellow filipinas. Let's see if he will post more relationship issues.

OMG, talk about being brutal. it appears you maybe so wrapped up in your problems with your wife that you forget your are a father to 2 children. that should be where your priority lies.

my advice would be to put your energies into being the best father you can be, they will thank you when they are older, sending them back with your "demon" wife will only make them resent you when they are older........you may need them to pick your nursing home :)

Of course, she would need money and plenty of it - all from you !

Divorcing a mom with two kids ( you said twins, right ) is going to be pretty expensive.

And since she has kids, she can prove she married in good faith and remove conditions on her own.

The most you can do is have a speedy divorce, rest depends upon her.
