All 3. Then in your cover letter to the senator you explain the focus is expedite i-765.

So Senator expedites go through all a different department at USCIS. But you can provide all 3 maybe all the Senator has to do is ping on the status of the expedite. Again your cover letter to the Senator should explain what you are hoping ot acheive, so explain your expedite and the information you sent and no response yet.

I as well reached out to Senator Harris' office with NO luck :( sent original email on 8/7/18, called on the 9th to see what the next step would be. They said they don't even see my email, to resend. Did so on the 9th. When I asked the guy on the phone their turnaround time, he said "a case worker will be assigned to your request within 3-4 weeks". Not sure which is worse - Senators office or USCIS. Nonetheless, our request was approved without their assistance on the 9th...

Does anyone have experience with Sen. Tim Kaine here and can tell me a little about his office? I am trying to prepare myself before I contact him.

I finally got my letter in the mail today and the HR of my prospective employer is not willing to sign a statement. Since I do not waste another day I faxed my evidence over 10 mins ago. According to hellofax it was successful. Can anyone confirm who has used this website that it really worked? This seemed to be too easy.

Harris is real helpful wirh more complicated cases apparently. Otherwise they prefer to go through congress rep. Also better if USC spouse does the contacting. Feinstein helps everyone but is just super busy, so yes unfortunately “3-4 weeks response likely”, that said it actually 5 days for me to get a case worker assigned and was able to call a week later and follow up saying I am in a rush situation. They are humans, they are overworked.

If you get an email copy of what you sent, should have worked fine.

I understand they are overworked. And I am the USC. They actually emailed us back last night to send them over the evidence, but our case was already approved on the 9th without their assistance. I thanked them for their reply and advised them to just go ahead and close out our request
