Local US CIS Office Review: San Bernadino CA
Review Topic: cis_topic
Event Description
Review Date : October 12, 2018
Embassy Review : Interview was scheduled for 10/11/18 and we arrived 30 minutes early. We were called in 40 minutes after our interview time and the interview lasted an hour. The lady was a very nice person. We were interviewed together, and no crazy questions were asked. The types of questions asked were how did we meet, does she work, where did we marry, what did our parents think, and more of that sort. I though the interview was going to be a little tougher due to the fact that my wife doesn’t work, and she is the petitioner. Also, I entered with a BCC and was not given an I-94.
Harassment Level : Very Good

You requested EAD Expedited ? Did your lawyer do it?

Hi, I did indeed expedite my EAD. My attorney did not do it, I did.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
