It's hard for me to tell if it's legit or not with photoshop these days. That's a class C visa. Maybe u should google what class C visa into Switzerland is used for. One of the pic she took a selfie, the pic in the room can be anywhere, just not not about the boarding pass.. Hmm.. And that's his finger and leg in the pic where he's holding her hands right.. I don't know what to say, just get everything for him that involve you cancelled and if you feel like you want to try and jeprodise his visa to Switzerland, all you can do is maybe contact the embassy. Otherwise just take a break, cry if you want, party and be happy.. To hell with people who may judge you.

I'm the only one who has photoshopped those photos. Just to remove personal info. They are unmodified other than that. http://www.izitru.com/

Thank you, everyone for your kind words and advise.

Yes, I did cancel his flight. I did this as soon as I found out about him going to EU.

Fortunately, I have an attorney who helped with the immigration process. She is making the appropriate calls/sending emails to ensure the authorities know the situation. The visa will be invalid ASAP.

She is also able to see if his visa has been used for entry to the U.S. and is monitoring it. It has not been used yet. I really do believe he is in Switzerland.

The U.S. visa did come through about a month prior to the Swiss one. He just decided she was the better option; she isn't "a pain in the ###".

I am done with him; I know it's better. It just hurts. I still can't wrap my head around him sending me the pictures and calling me with all the details. When I asked him why he stayed with me the whole time he said "you put me against you in my heart and I wanted to screw you over".

Congratulations, you narrowly avoided marrying a complete and utter psychopath. I'm sorry he hurt you, you don't deserve it (no one does, not even that Swiss lady) but you got lucky in this case. Let him stew in his evil ways. Onward and upward for you, friend.

Marriage/ AOS Timeline:

23 Dec 2015: Legal marriage

23 Jan 2016: Wedding!

23 Jan 2016: "Blizzard of the Century", wedding canceled/rescheduled (thank goodness we were legally married first or we'd have had a big problem!) :sleepy:

24 Jan 2016: Small "civil ceremony" with friends and family who were snowed in with us. December was a bit of a secret and people had traveled internationally and knew we *had* to get married that weekend, and our December legal marriage was nothing but signing a piece of paper at our priest's kitchen table, without any sort of vows etc so this was actually a very special (if not legally significant) day. (L)

16 Apr 2016: Filed for AOS and EAD/AP (We delayed a bit-- no big rush, enjoying the USCIS break)

23 Apr 2016: Wedding! Finally! :luv:

27 Apr 2016: Electronic NOA1 for all 3 :dancing:
29 Apr 2016: NOA1 Hardcopy for all 3
29 Jul 2016: Online service request for late EAD (Day 104)
29 Jul 2016: EAD/AP Approved ~3 hours after online service request
04 Aug 2016: RFE for Green Card (requested medicals/ vaccination record. They already have it). :ranting:
05 Aug 2016: EAD/AP Combo Card arrived! (Day 111)
08 Aug 2016: Congressional constituent request to get guidance on the RFE. Hoping they see they have the form and approve!

K-1 Visa Timeline:

PLEASE NOTE. This timeline was during the period of time when TSC was working on I-129fs and had a huge backlog. The average processing time was 210+ days. This is in no way predictive of your own timeline if you filed during or after April 2015, unless CSC develops a backlog. A backlog is anything above the 5-month goal time listed on USCIS's site

14 Feb 2015: Mailed I-129f to Dallas Lockbox. (L) (Most expensive Valentine's card I've ever sent!)

17 Feb 2015: NOA1 "Received Date"
19 Feb 2015: NOA1 Notice Date
08 Aug 2015: NOA2 email! :luv: (173 days from NOA1)

17 Aug 2015: Sent to NVC

?? Aug 2015: Arrived at NVC

25 Aug 2015: NVC Case # Assigned

31 Aug 2015: Left NVC for Consulate in San Jose

09 Sep 2015: Consulate received :dancing: (32 days from NOA2)

11 Sep 2015: Packet 3 emailed from embassy to me, the petitioner (34 days from NOA2).

18 Sep 2015: Medicals complete

21 Sep 2015: Packet 3 complete, my boss puts a temporary moratorium on all time off due to work emergency :clock:

02 Oct 2015: Work emergency clears up, interview scheduled (soonest available was 5 business days away--Columbus Day was in there)

13 Oct 2015: Interview

13 Oct 2015: VISA APPROVED  (236 days from NOA1)

19 Oct 2015: Visa-in-hand

24 Oct 2015: POE !

15 Dec 2015: Fiance's mother's B-2 visa interview: APPROVED! So happy she will be at the wedding!

From my attorney: "I am so sorry to hear this. I will forward these details to USCIS and CBP so that he cannot enter the U.S. on his K1 visa and they have a record of his fraudulent intent."

in regards to reporting the Swiss Visa: "We can and I just did notify both the Swiss authorities and the U.S. Embassy in Jamaica and the Jamaica passport agency (PICA)."

Good for you. You've done all that you can. Now time to leave him behind.

Thank you. I don't blame her and I do not wish her ill. I do not think she knows a thing about me or our engagement/time together. I believe she is an innocent victim as well.

Depending on what date that Schengen visa was issued, yes he could have possible used the valid U.S visa as one of his evidence to prove he would depart France on the stamped date they will give him to. Other embassy easily grant visa when applicant have a valid US visa since most people prefer to travel and live in the U.S.. I truly believe this ???? planning on traveling to the U.S. soon.

According to this he could apply for the shcengen visa 15 days prior to when he would like to travel.

I'm happy your lawyer is on to it.. Have some comfort food and watch a comedy.. We are here for you.

I am pretty sure an American fiance cannot cancel a visa of another country.

All evidence can mean nothing for the Swiss. He did nothing illegal, short of being an #######.

American fiancee cannot cancel his visa. However, she can provide evidence to the swiss authority that this guy is just fishing for ways to go to the first world country and that he was dishonest about his intentions with swiss authorities and thus they should cancel the visa.

Yes! Affect his chances of doing this to another (a third!!) person in the future and not affect your chances if you find someone else that you would like to pursue a visa for! Good job!

I know you are not wishing them ill, but I sure the khell am wishing him ill: May it hurt when he pees!!!!

I would not only be sure to notify the US Embassy, ICE, NVC, etc... - I would also do my research and notify the Swiss embassy - send them the full story and proof - copies of what he sent you with their pictures, his visa, etc... - and copies of all of your filings - Let them revoke his visa. These are the no good low lifes who hurt the process for others -

I am so sorry for what you are going through, and know it hurts - but I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and you are better off without him -

Terribly sorry for your pain.

You are too kind in blurring out his face.

She is right.. Maybe they would remove the post if she didn't, otherwise I would definitely expose him. It's her photos, he sent them to her, she can chose to do whatever she want with them. I'm furious for this man.

my dear you should dancing, because a wicked person like this, you should be happy that God has remove him from your life. let him be. cancel the plane ticket and also let the embassy know that this person will no longer need the visa which was issued, make sure to inform them so they cancel the visa. people like this are really not worth the time and effort. people that doesnt add value to your life, dont permit them to take away the value in your life. he will do the same to that new one also. what goes around always comes around. when you throw a ball to the wall it always come back to you. leave him in the hands of God.

I agree he is wicked at best. However I don't get why this god put him in her life to begin with?
