Comments : My case was rejected on May 29, 2015 because of an incomplete application. I completed the application and resumbit on June 8, 2015, it was delivered on June 9,2015. Feel so releived to recieve my NOA1 cause the application came back from uscis re assemble from how I initial submitted it and i was so unsure if i was to print new forms and do a new application, i follow my guts and just fixed the mistake and resumit the application as it was returned to me from USCIS.

Approved without interview.

POE Review: Fort Lauderdale
Event Description
Entry Date :
Embassy Review : I arrived on time. My connecting flight was the next 50 minutes. A flight just arrived from another Europing country and about 150 people was ahead of me, still the officers was working quicky. I about 25 minutes I was at the immigration counter, was told I am here on a K-1 and hand over my package, the officer smiled and say there should be a photo attacth to the front of the envelop, he said no, youre going back to JA and gave me a smile. He then took my biometrics and directed me to a room with another office, i waited about 6 minutes before I was being assisted, the gentleman ask me if i knew i am required to get married in 90 days, i tolld him yes, and that was it. I went out rushing to backage claim since my luggage wasnt check to the coonecting flight, there i was in another lenghtly line trying to get to my next flight, knowing now i am definately going to miss it. Soon some attendant came in and ask who's connecting to this particular flight hmm, hmm! savior! I hurry and went ahead. Now Im outside and had no clue where to find my gate, eventually i asked something and they took me right there, the gate that was on my ticket, the attendant told me, they changed to 7, so i had to be running from gate 2 to 7. I was the 2nd to last person to baord the flight but yea.. I made it. Everyone at that airport was very friendly and helpful. Its a smaller airport to most, still busy tho. Give your self enough time to connect if you are to.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
