just to update everyone on our progress (much slower this time

compared to our K1/K2).

Thay is 10 days from actual receipt before we heard anything. It made me worry a bit. I hope this will pick up phase when our case gets to our local USCIS .

More patience needed this time.. I just can't wait to get back in the workforce. 3.5 months on vacation, longest I ever had been in more than 15 years. Oh well, as my husband said "enjoy while it last".

Hi guys, we sent our AOS/ EAD/ AP paperwork on Friday and got the texts and emails yesterday.

I have seen people posting about going to their biometrics appointments earlier than the appointment they are assigned. I am just wondering if doing that will speed up the EAD process or only the AOS process? We are not too concerned about AOS or AP but if it will allow him to get work authorization sooner it is definitely something we will do ASAP.

Any information would be appreciated :)

WOW, you got yours quickly, Congrats, I will be happy when we receive ours.

And no, doing Bio appointments early I do not think speeds things up, but cant hurt to go in early, that's what we are planning when we received our letter., just to get it done with.
