I got this email early hours of this morning... Help What does this mean? Did i get rejected?

On May 23, 2016, we began reviewing your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC-----------. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice by June 6, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Sounds like an RFE. Wait for the letter and follow the instructions

thats disappointing. We already had a RFE and we sent it all in.

The email said:

There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

Receipt Number: MSC##########

Your Case Status: Decision

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

Please let us know the result. We filed last September, had the Bio-metrics in late September, received a Potential Interview Waiver form in November, and haven't heard a thing since. Status still states "fingerprint fee was received" dated Sept 2015.

So it says Case Status: Decision, so a decision has been made.

Please wait for the notice to arrive and be optimistic.

Have you checked the status on uscis.gov?

It does sound like a decision has been made but usually an "approval" is stated in the site.

To be honest, with a positive decision it usually states "we registered your permanent resident status" or something similar. That said, they may have changed the wording. Please let us know.

I have to agree, they used the wording "we intend to take". But even if it's a NOID, you can send a rebuttal and hopefully get an approval afterwards.
