  1. Had my interview a couple of days ago and was recommended for approval! Now just waiting for the oath ceremony to be scheduled
  4. For people filing based on marriage it's under documents referring to you and your spouse, not required (since there's other stuff that can be sent), but it is one of the types of evidence to use towards demonstrating a bona fide marriage. You shouldn't get a RFE since you're filing your N400 before the tax deadline so you aren't expected to have filed them yet, but like @cyclone27 said I'd definitely bring them to the interview.
  5. Predao 1. marta, imam biometrijski sad u četvrtak! Guglaj I751 and N400 i izaći će ti dosta rezultata, uključujući i na VisaJourney. Srećno! Ma jok.
  6. You need to provide an explanation if you were supposed to register, but did not. You were not supposed to register so there's no need to provide an explanation. You answer "no" to question 44. A. and move on.
  9. Hi all, filed the N400 on 3/1 and my biometrics appointment is already set for 3/21
  10. I'm looking at my NVC cover sheet here and it specifically asked for a transcript. However, as long as you're submitting your documents before April 15 you don't need to send the 2018 tax info. Not sure what stage you're in now, but for example, if you need, say, your last three tax transcripts, right now that can be 2017, 2016, and 2015, it's only after the filing deadline that it becomes 2018, 2017, and 2016.
  11. To illustrate the point: wife had to go to the ER once, stayed there for about four hours, never actually saw a doctor -- altogether about $8000 billed to insurance.
  12. Yup, starting with this year (if you didn't have insurance last year there's still penalties).
  13. According to the link, it looks like you'd have to wait until mid-May (eFiled) or mid-June (paper filed) to request a transcript in that case.
