    The issue is needing to get the Vaccines signed off by a Civil Surgeon. They will need evidence that they have been done. Not all are willing to do just the vaccines.

    Pretty sure we have had similar cases on here, there is a couple that occasionally appears on Hacking who live in a Semi, I agree the normal list may not work for you but I could see how you could sell it as a stringer situation. Some years back I met a couple, she was a travelling nurse, he seemed to do odd jobs where they happened to be, and they would take breaks between contracts, same sort of deal.

    It would depend on the totality of the situation but reasonable to assume there will be questions and she should be prepared to answer them.

    The best time to have filed was back in August, the next best time is now.

    That makes no sense as the one you would have got would have been for a very limited period, agree ask for another.

    I take it you have not paid for Platinum? I forget how many posts you have to make but initially you are throttled as a way of restricting the spammers?

    I have never come across one and doubt there is one. Is there something you are concerned about?

    Not all visas are capped, Immediate Family members are not subject to a cap for example and there will be a lot of those.

    She does have a USC spouse who can petition for her again in her back pocket, so lets say they do refer her to an IJ he can file a new petition so all a bit pointless. If she leaves then she can consulate process and with the time that takes perhaps she will be ready to move permanently.
