  1. I certainly don't. But should we all have a plan for future?
  2. I would like to answer my question after receiving some of your responses. It is better to withdraw the application before USCIS approves it. After the application is approved, you must file Multiple Filer Waver if you file for another I-129F with 2 year period. Feel free to share your thought by replying to this post.
  3. I have done more researches about this. As it turns out If I withdraw my application before USCIS approves it, I won't be counted as a file. I could file for another I-129F in the near future without Multiple Filer Waiver.
  4. Actually my case is not approved by USCIS yet. I just assume that it will be approved very soon and I have not made the final decision whether to end the relationship now or wait for 2 months when I go to visit her again.
  5. "According to the U.S. Department of State, you can file for another I-129F petition after withdrawing the previous one, but you may need to request a waiver from USCIS if you have filed two or more petitions in the past two years1. There is no specific waiting time between filing petitions, but you should be prepared to explain the reasons for your previous withdrawals and demonstrate the bona fide nature of your current relationship23." This was the answer I got from Bing-chatGPT. Can you refer me to documents that I must wait for 2 year until I can file for another one. Or is this just your knowledge? I do appreciate your help!
  6. I don't know how soon. I am not getting any younger. Hopefully I could find someone within a year. It just really hard to find someone in the US for me.
  7. Thank you for your response. What if I withdraw my I-129F while USCIS is still processing my application and has not approved or denied it yet?
  8. I am a US citizen. My I-129F has been approved and sent to National Visa Center . But now our relationship is not working out so I want to withdraw the application. My question is would it be ok for me to file another I-129F for another future fiancee after withdrawing the current one? What are the consequences for doing this?
