    I work here and I can assure you I am not a Rocket Science or a Brain Surgeon! I was a Fellow in my Profession and ok now I could have got an EB2 NIW but not back then. In real life I now qualify for Old Persons Privileges, but I have had to be careful with some comments as Americans often do not get humour. To be honest that has not stopped me.

    Ohh a Lawyer will not speed up the process but as they say Doctor heal thyself.

    I would think the quickest route will be marrying his GF first, filing to adjust and then naturalising after 3 years as a LPR which would allow him to petition his Parent. But even that route is is say 6? years before she gets here. Good luck!

    If it is non seasonal/short term likely to be an EB3 but the Lawyer who will be handling the process will be in the best position to advise.

You can follow other peoples I 130 cases and see how long it is taking them.
