I-751 January 2018
CCG1991 replied to TabeaK's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Ivan, don't be jealous, I am a California filer also and my filling date is January 11, even earlier than most of these people getting approved here, and I haven't heard anything yet from anyone. It's pretty annoying because their processing makes no sense, no order whatsoever. I still think I am going to get approved sometimes in May. -

Wow, that's a lot of activity there. At least you know they're doing something, working on your case. Mine keeps showing "case received " for a year, now. -

I do agree with this gentleman's predictions. Even though some people started getting approved, which is amazing, I, myself, don't expect to get approved until May-June. I mean, realistically, my case status never changed, no mails, no biometric appointment, nothing. -

Hi, mine says the same on the old site, the new site just says "case received ". I called Uscis a few days ago regarding this issue and I was told that all is fine but to call back if the message doesn't change in 30-40 days. Just sharing what I was told. -

I am pretty sure I have seen a few people posting that they got approved, unless I am losing my mind and seeing things. -

Congratulations to all the people that got approved! I am also a January filer (CSC). I called USCIS a couple of days ago, regarding my case status. It still says " At this time, we cannot give you any info..". I told them that I know and understand that USCIS is very back logged right now, but just wondering if everything is OK with my case, since it has been displaying this message for about a year now. The lady told me that everything is fine but if the message doesn't change in 30-40 days, to give them another call. I thought I'd share this piece of information with you. I also believe that some of us won't hear anything back until summer. Just trying to be realistic and not have hopes up. Good luck to everyone on their long journey! -

I 757 C Notice of Action regarding Biometrics
CCG1991 posted a topic in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports
Hello! I filled my I751 in January and yesterday I got in the mail Notice of Action I 757C which says: "US Citizenship and Immigration Services ( USCIS) has received your form and is currently processing your application, petition or request. This notice informs you that USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics. USCIS will run the same security checks and use your biometrics data as in the past, however, it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center for a biometric appointment. The biometric fee will not be refunded." Just want to make sure that I don't need to go for an appointment. Anyone else got a notice like this? Thanks- 2 replies

I 751 edition date
CCG1991 posted a topic in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas
Hi everyone. This one is a silly question. Feel free to laugh at me if you wish. USCIS updated the I 751 form and there is this message there : "Starting 02/19/2018, we will only accept the 12/05/17 edition. Until then, you can use the 12/23/16 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions." We need to submit my paperwork in January, so does it mean that I can use either forms (old or new one)? Thanks.- 2 replies

Form I 751 health care cards
CCG1991 posted a topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Hi! I have a little question about the health insurance as a proof of bona fide marriage. Do we just make a copy of the cards, front and back, or do we need some more imformation from the health insurance provider? Thank you!- 2 replies

Form I 751 expiration date
CCG1991 posted a topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Hi! I am due to remove my conditions in January 2018. I downloaded the I 751 form from the USCIS site and at the right top corner of them form it is said that the form expires on 11/30/2017. Does this mean that we have to wait until USCIS uploads an updated version of I751? Do we fill in the existent form? Also, for those who had health insurance. Do we just make a copy of our health insurance cards and mail them or do we need some more information from the health provider? Thank you!- 2 replies
