  2. I was wondering how she got into Canada?
  3. You have to be a PR for 5 years before you are eligible for Medicaid
  4. This could go in several threads but as the pier thing is purely political, Old Joe trying to get a few votes from the brain dead, I am putting it here. Why the JLOTS Won't Work in Gaza https://ryanmcbeth.substack.com/p/why-the-jlots-wont-work-in-gaza?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=email-half-post&r=2wyqsk
  5. https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2024/mar/10/catherine-princess-of-wales-photo-after-surgery-released-for-mothers-day The first official photograph of the Princess of Wales after her abdominal surgery has been released to mark Mother’s Day. A picture of Catherine sitting on a chair surrounded by her three children was posted to the Prince and Princess of Wales’ social media accounts on Sunday morning, along with a message thanking well-wishers for their support. “Thank you for your kind wishes and continued support over the last two months,” the message read. “Wishing everyone a Happy Mother’s Day. C.” Happy Mothers Day to all Mothers and those who identify as such.
  6. I would tell them to stop watching 90 Day Fiance You seem to be looking for non existent issues. Now there was the K1 from the UK where the Consulate had not picked up on a waiver being needed and was refused entry at the PoE.
  7. Not sure I see why you are interested in the K! They both take more than a year, you can visit as normal. 6 months seems average, could be more could be less. No total time time K1 is much longer.
  8. That would seem to be the obvious solution.
  9. The backlog is because the number of applicants comfortably exceeds the number of visa's available, it has done for some time and is likely to increasingly do so.
  10. It has been so long for me, but I still had the unopened envelope many years later, contained my X Ray, I binned it in one of my moves.
  11. K1 and CR1 take the same sort of time, and the K1 has many issues including not being able to work for a significant time. CR1 seems much more appropriate given your circumstances.
  12. Very much depends on why, it is after all free to apply and many people do so.
  13. I am not seeing the Consulate presumably they are not eligible for the VWP?
  14. How does he qualify for 245i? You said he was petitioned in 2008. As others have said you have to be in status to adjust status.
