    Nothing you have mentioned suggests a U, a lot suggests VAWA. Yes she gets EAD as part of the VAWA application. She may of course be working without authorisation.

    I could have put this in several threads, watched it a couple of times and of course it could be a set up, but judging by some weird conversations I have had perhaps not. I think there are people out there who are clueless.

    I do not know the OPs situation, so can only respond in general terms. Obviously the I 134 situation varies significantly by Consulate, now I was able to self sponsor as a beneficiary, would not make sense otherwise?, so I focus on the I 864 requirements as I have seen a few K1s arrive and then seem to have issue at the most important stage, adjustment. I believe London is the only Consulate that allows self sponsorship, I have no reason to assume OP is going through London.

    I have come across one or two cases where the K1 has been used as a visitor visa but normally the plan is for the K1 to stay here.

    I would not file online And do not understand the W2 issue, could you clarify. Once you file the package than she is here under the colour of law so OK. I would also file the complete package including medical.

    UK was you went in the back after the Service and signed the paperwork with the Vicar and walked out, I assume he registered a copy. US you got a license, got married, sent it in to the County and they sent you the Certificate a few days later, mind you I have read that places like CA can take their time.
