    It does not really matter how long the I 130 takes as long as it is completed before the the PD is current. And the longer it takes usually the better if she has or will have children, does she have children? They do not seem to rush the I 130 knowing it does not really matter. Not sure where you saw the 10-15, but basically she files the I 130 and then basically forget about it, maybe check in 2040 and see how they are going.

    How long have you been in the US? What are your ties to Mexico? Does your College know that you are out of status? As an aside you are of course deportable if apprehended. Parent sponsorship c2050 I would think, when you are talking about these sort of timelines it is always anyone's guess. Unless I am missing something with your history a F1 is going to be a big ask. TN is also a non immigrant visa.

    The Old Saybrook High School Track and Field team has been in the spotlight ever since an article published last month in a local newspaper started circulating on the internet.     I have not paid too mich attention to I 824 processing but seem to recollect they have been taking a year, obviously none of us know the future.

    Actually and I think I have mentioned this the Medical Malpractice/Insurance issue is going to be outstanding. Medical Malpractice is written on a claims made basis, a lot of these people will be left high and dry.

    I was in Home Depot today and for the first time in many years there were guys outside looking for work and not Se Habla Espanol, guys with trucks and Insurance. Bideneconomics is hitting hard.
