  1. Biden’s latest gaffe: He’s the ‘first Black woman to serve with a Black president’
  2. Islamabad is the usual one, what are your other options?
  3. There are 2 Constituencies to report But the raw number are here. https://www.bbc.com/news/election/2024/uk/results In round numbers the Labour vote went up by 1% , Tories went down 20% Labour received about a third of the votes.
  4. Looks like your wife is a USC so she starts by filing the I 130 and her Mother will interview in Manilla for an Immigrant Visa. I would also question the practicality of sponsoring an 83 year old, hopefully you have looked into this in detail. Does she have significant financial resources?
  5. Sunak is now with the King. There is a lot of truth to that and Labour tend to mess up quicker due to the very nature of what they now promise. Labour lost some seats to real crazies, but they have a massive majority, not sure the Tories have ever been this low, you would have to go back to the Whigs? Starmer can basically ignore his crazies as he does not need them, and of course they will not like that. Looking at the results and I am a long way away my impression was that it was more about Tory losses not Labour gains. Farage was elected. I do not think he was a candidate 6 weeks ago. All my votes bar one have been against someone, a lot of people who have voted Conservative voted for someone else or not at all. Sunak is leaving the Palace so no longer PM.
  6. As a general comment it always seems easier to find a job when you have a job.
  7. Controversy continues to swirl around President Biden as he campaigns to continue his lease on the White House. After last week’s disastrous presidential debate, family and staff rallied around the tottering President. Dr. Jill carefully guides the President on stage, son Hunter attends staff meetings, reports Zero Hedge. The faces are familiar as we’ve come to know Biden’s closest confidants. Except for one, one figure remains elusive: Biden’s Chief of Staff, Jeff Zients. A man of immense wealth and power, he is virtually invisible, unknown to most Americans. Yet he holds the keys to Biden’s day-to-day meetings and pronouncements. Just who is Jeff Zients? Today, we take an in-depth look at this mercurial figure.** https://thinkspot.com/discourse/6muDMm/post/david-reavill/you-may-not-know-who-jeff-zients-is-but-he-might-be-running-the-country/LZtN6y6?utm_source=mailchimp&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=ts-newsletter Probably beyond the capabilities of the Good Doctor so this makes sense.

  11. You said this is AoS not Consulate processing

  14. I suppose the first thing to check is how old she was when her father naturalised and where and with whom she was living.
  15. Does she have a US passport?
  16. An L1 would make much more sense for the people in the position you describe. H1bs and EB3 are more for those who have studied in the US and are on OPT. TN is always there if they qualify.
  17. I have a little card but from a different era.
