    She entered with a 90 day stay She married 2 months later she is getting divorce. So the longest she could have been here is 5 months, probably less. Assuming she is not pregnant this seems a simple divorce, something that can be done remotely. What is there to discuss?

    Good points I have never seen anyone have issues with a public charge, they should be grateful that you are taking over but of course logic rarely comes into this. I have seen quite a few cases where people have got HP just to come for Medical Treatment, it is what it is.
