  1. No There is no such thing as an expedited B2, you can ask for an Emergency Appointment.
  2. I suppose it could delay matter overall, depends on the back story of how you had kids in the US.
  3. U4U are Parolees not Refugees. They could potentially file for Asylum but that would be complicated. I assume most would not qualify. Seems a simple adjustment case, be aware that LPR's do miss out on a lot of benefits Parolees have.
  4. I can not see that happening, it would need to be an Act of Congress.
  5. If the reason they can not issue the visa is due to them waiting for the Police Report then yes.
  6. You need to find out what she did, we can speculate on the basis of what seems common. I would also guess it has something to do with a previous application but it is a guess. She will know.
  7. An MP for the radical-left France Unbowed party has sparked outrage after saying Israeli athletes are not welcome at the Paris Olympics and calling for protests against their presence. Citing Israel’s war in Gaza, Thomas Portes told a pro-Palestinian gathering in Paris on Saturday: “We are just a few days away from an international event to be held in Paris, the Olympic Games. And I’m here to say that no, the Israeli delegation is not welcome in Paris. Israeli athletes are not welcome at the Olympic Games in Paris. We have to use this deadline and all the levers we have to mobilise.” https://www.theguardian.com/sport/article/2024/jul/22/france-unbowed-mp-outrage-israeli-olympians-not-welcome-thomas-portes
  8. This was all obviously pre packaged. They must have decided that they simply could not get rid of her, she would not let them and they were hosed by their own DEI. I cannot imagine for a second that they would not want to, given the option. After all is there a worse credible alternate?
  9. If she is going to immigrate travel insurance is not relevant. And yes at that age you are looking at specialist travel insurers and it will cost. Keep her Citizenship?
  10. The Demorats talk about Democracy but their selection process is more reminiscent of North Korea, what am I missing?.
  11. You would have needed to file to adjust to get OCare Unlikely Medicare would ever be a good option. But then who knows what the future will bring.
  12. I understand sort of why, but going from the frying pan to the fire seems silly. The logical thing to do was appoint someone half decent.
  13. Travel Insurance and Annual Medical Insurance are two different beasts. I would certainly ask around to see which Doctors are taking on new OCare patients What premiums will be in 2026 I have no idea. I would assume the options for cover will be the same.
  14. He has said he is seeing out his term but then said he was standing so who knows. STRATIS LEVEL III+ ENHANCED BACKPACK INSERT
  15. Have you considered moving to California? Yes it is mainly a money issue, now if you have nothing and am coming from nothing that is one option. Or of you have Loads of Money that is another. She is the middle. Think of OCare as like Motor Insurance, you buy it annually so what next year will be is an unknown, well always up, it does not by any means cover everything, you can buy different levels at different premium points, there are tax credits but that of course depends on her situation. Is she in good health, I know that is no guarantee but a start, will she be leaving a support system, family and friends?
