    Well no There are F4s now that take a very long time. They may need a bit more storage as more approved I 130s pile up but that is a minor issue.

    If only one parent is applying, provide either a birth certificate listing you as sole parent, a death certificate of the other parent, or a court order which lists you as having sole physical and legal custody of the child.

    There are 2 types of AP one for missing documents which tend to be quite quick but then you move on to the longer one, which varies significantly. I obtained duplicate originals but have no idea is that available where you are.

    There is a fixed number issued every year. There is a forever increasing number of applications. Timelines can only go one way, there will be bumps in the trend.
