@katijushia Didn't understand your message. Is this some sort of confession, statement or what's your question?

OldUser reacted to katijushia in Voided extension letter (fraud) (split)
On 09/03/2022 united airlines denied boarding to Mexico from san-francisco, because my green card with extension letter is void (booking AVBPZ4, ticket 0162388792683).
After 1 hour conversation they used old tourist US visa and allowed boarding. ok! i spend 1 hour in arguing with representatives to get boarding pass... But this is fraud to use VOID us-visa to leave US.

But, alaska airways denied boarding on return flight to San Francisco, because i'm tourist on visa B2 but not permanent resident and my green card is void (booking WJSPVX, ticket 0272310419272).
And tourist is required vaccination to enter usa. After 1 hour in arguing they allowed me boarding by somebody else's vaccination. This is fraud to use void US-visa to enter US.

Don't do this!  As advised above, return before your extension letter expires or do everything possible to get an I-551 stamp from USCIS before you travel.  Here is a report from a VJ member whose husband was denied boarding with an expired extension letter -- https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/784906-husband-denied-boaring-for-expired-green-card-while-1-751-is-in-process/

OP, what has your husband decided to do?

Here is a thread for someone in his same circumstances that quickly resolved it by filing the I-131 A ( boarding foil).

Leaving without I-551 stamp and trying to return with expired GC and expired extension letter will likely cause issues. You'll have to file I-131A etc. Better change dates of travel to avoid it or convince USCIS to give you that stamp earlier (not sure if anybody had experience with this). Also make sure your trip will not disrupt your N-400 residency requirements.

I think it looks good, OP. Rather bring too much than too little, you just NEVER know what they will or will not ask for. Sounds like you are well prepared.

Well, they are tied, since the petitioner got their immigration benefit (green card) through marriage to USC or green card holder initially. The interview may not have as many questions about spouse as when filing under 3 year rule, but still.

    https://www.defense.gov/News/Inside-DOD/Blog/Article/2061835/did-you-know-photocopying-a-government-id-is-illegal/ Says otherwise

“This law does NOT apply to medical establishments like hospitals and doctor’s offices who are allowed to make a copy for filing insurance claims. It also doesn’t apply to other government agencies that are using the copied ID to perform official government business.”

if OP received expedited immigration benefits as a spouse of a member of the armed forces then I would bring the photo copy of the military ID

    3. Definitely possible.

    1.  Of course the spouse should attend if there is a pending joint I-751.  Ideally, the interview would be a "combo", resulting in approval of both the I-751 and the N-400.
    2.  Depends on whether the local office has everything to do a combo interview. Technically, the I-751 must be approved before the N-400.
    3.  See #2 above.
    Good luck.

You have everything that you would need, most times they don’t ask you to show as it should be already in their system when you filled out the N400 but you can never be to prepared, I wish u luck on your interview  .

Marry and adjust now.  Once she leaves the US, she cannot legally enter the US via a non-immigrant route with the intent to stay and adjust status.
