3rd year of marriage this coming November.

If you weren't aware already, note that this 3rd year date is the day your green card is 3 years old, not the marriage. In your case you will be eligible to apply 90 days before 7/26/22. USCIS has a calculator that will tell you the exact date.

Oh good to know. I usually read fast and probably overlooked that tiny detail. So my husband’s conditional green card expires july 22, 2021 so I would apply next year around this time for it?

Correct. You can apply 90 days before the card expires, just like RoC.

Just remember you can file for citizenship 90 days before your 3rd. anniversary as a permanent resident.

Hi everyone, I just mailed out my case today. But the USPS staff asked me to mail it using a medium sized box, I wonder if USCIS po box accepts boxed?? LOL

This might be a silly question... Any one has any idea? I wonder if boxes are acceptable at USPS PO Box.

I751:

Mailed: 3th May 2021

Delivered: 5th May 2021

Rejected due to missing signature: 26th May 2021

Resend: 26th May 2021

Delivered: 28th May 2021

Hello again! :D Yeah, they will take boxes. The USPS P.O. "Box" in Phoenix is probably a big bin (or ten!) where they dump all applications coming from all over the country. You're fine. :)

With the amount of stuff they receive, that PO box must be huge, so I guess they can handle your box. 😆

Thank you! We're doing pretty good! Since the AOS my husband found a job, changed jobs and is now working at the same company I work for. We bought a house about a year and a half ago. We had a daughter who is turning one in mid-June. How have your guys been?
