@Zumbadaddy assuming your goal is to have your wife's I-751 and N-400 approved:

All pages for all bank statements from joint account(s) since the time you got married until now. Unredacted / unaltered, showing all details.

Again, shouldn't be just one statement. What name does her GC show? Maybe it should have matched that if the end goal for her to have married name. But I guess not much can be done now.

If you want her to have hard time removing conditions / naturalizing you can just skip these.

    Good luck!

Montreal US Consulate has a very strict interpretation of US domicile.  Evidence to show intent to establish US domicile is usually insufficient for Montreal.  She may have to move to the US a few months before your visa interview to satisfy the IOs in Montreal, get a place to live and a job in the US to be your financial sponsor.  Search the Canada portal for many threads on this topic.

The USC is free to change jobs at any times.  This should not impact your case unless the new job puts her below the HHS income requirements.

    Good Luck!

You don't need an EAD if you have a Green Card.  A Green Card holder has work authorization.

Received approval for both GC and EAD on 4/12/2024. File date was 1/30/2024 for AOS and early February for EAD. Currently waiting for both cards to ship out.

Your spouse must be present. You will get asked more questions about marriage and your spouse to ensure it's bonafide.

For future USCIS submissions, do not use credit cards. Personal checks or money orders are much more reliable.

I don't think it would be successful. Banks will motivate it's for better security or will try to remove liability from themselves for fradulent transactions.

To OP and readers: please do not use cards for USCIS payments, declined charges are pretty frequent.

To OP: unfortunately, you now have to pay increased fees as if you never filed.

You will need to pay the new increased fees. The previous filing will not preserve anything and will be treated as a rejection…

The problem with banks /credit cards rejecting payment has been significant….am wondering if consumers will unite for a class action lawsuit soon .

You have to UPLOAD EVERYTHING. Doesn't matter if it has 10,000 pages.
If you want her to get approved, UPLOAD EVERYTHING without any alterations or redactions.
You're providing these documents to the US Government, not some random person. It's for your wife's own good.

If you don't include everything, you will delay the entire process because they will send you a RFE asking you for more proof of bonafide marriage.
Again, UPLOAD EVERYTHING. You don't even have to print it. Just upload the PDF online since you have the privilege of uploading things on your USCIS account unlike poor souls like me that can't upload anything and have to wait for the inevitable RFE to be able to submit more proof or print it and mail it, hoping it won't get lost.

Imo, she has been lucky.  The Carrier Information Guide specifically states: "Expired Conditional Resident Card, Form I-551 accompanied by Original Form I-797, Notice of Action indicating the card validity is extended".  The guide is not a USCIS document.

"The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Carrier Information Guide serves as a reference aid for travel industry personnel. It outlines the required documents that apply to persons entering or departing the United States. Carrier personnel are urged to familiarize themselves with all sections of the publication and reference it in their examination of travel documents."
My point is that, regardless of what USCIS says, there is a possibility she will be denied boarding.   Good luck on the rest of your immigration journey.  Next action for your spouse is either an I-751 interview or N-400 submission.

Next year, when you report taxes, you will have to list this account if it had over 10000 USD in it at any point since you became a LPR. It's going to be reportable if has 10K or more but not necessarily taxable.

Hey there. Good question and I'm not fully sure on the answer but i can share my experience. I changed jobs during my extension period. At the time, I did not have my new green card but when the employer asked to provide information of my status I only uploaded my NYC Driving License and my SSN. This was enough information for them to accept and not ask questions around my GC. I've heard of stories in the past that in some cases you may be asked to upload the extension letter and the expired GC as proof. If the employer says they need a valid GC you should push back and say this is enough proof for I-9 verification.

Sometimes people don't get notice about combo but it's conducted on the day. You should prepare to do combo and bring the spouse regardless of whether interview letter mentions I-751 or not. On the day, tell security you're applying based on marriage and have ROC pending.

You should upload I-797 for I-751, not for N-400. No it's not too late to request combo in additional evidence.

These are meaningless estimates. You can roll a dice and have a better prediction. People worry about it all the time, but you won't find anybody saying that estimate was close to when they got decision. You may get naturalized and it will show 6 months to decision.

Being employed is not a prerequisite or requirement for naturalization. If asked, tell the truth on the day of interview. This has 0 effect on your application.

There is no reason to be concerned. It is perfectly normal.

Cases are not processed in order and sometimes the online status is not updated.
Just keep checking and sign up for USPS informed delivery of you haven't yet.
