Hey there, I'm so sorry you're going through all this stress, and I can certainly relate. Unfortunately this is the reality we're living in right now. I filed on April 15, 2021 and have finally been approved on June 3rd, 2021 (Last Friday) after 414 days and the feeling was incredible.. All you can do is wait until you're outside of processing times before you can request an inquiry. You can try and call all you want but you will be severely disappointed and met with the same answers over and over again. If it eases your stress anymore, there is a spreadsheet where they track all April cases and on Monday (yday/today, idk where you're located) they've touched 89 cases. Hang in there, you're almost there. I promise!

Did not find the info I mentioned but I'm tagging a member that interviewed in Amsterdam for the K1.

We have applied for a K1 visa and our file has been approved and is at the embassy in Amsterdam. We have received an email asking us to provide additional information (passport details, complete DS 160 form). We did that and then didn't hear back. Then I called the embassy and asked what the next step is. She told me that I have to register on the website us visa-info.com. I did that and paid the costs for the visa and scheduled a date. My question is: should I have waited for an official letter from the embassy with instructions or should they schedule a date for me? Or can I leave it this way? My medical exam is also scheduled. I found the information for the right clinic on the website of the embassy. Hopefully you guys can help me... Thank you!!

No. You're not silly. 
For me, I really don't take USC that deep. Being USC hasn't added years to my life nor has my Kenyan Citizenship. 
 
I know there are people who take it really seriously, ingrain it into their DNA, immediately denouncing their foreign citizenship and brandishing the US PP everywhere.
 
It's just a PP to me. Nothing else. Take it to eliminate some hustles later. You don't wanna be on USCIS carousel every few years. That's why I took it too.

Got it.  Based on the guidelines, I should apply after we have met in person w/ several photos together, and  perhaps with Viber records, phone records and email records to back it up.

I'd say it definitely sounds sus and would be a red flag... You haven't even met this person and within 2 months you want to marry them? That's why others suggested to meet at least twice before filing. There's ton of info on this site to look all this up. What's stopping you to go through it and read it like everyone else does?

Ok, my idea is to be on Viber with her every day or at least 3x per week and document the conversations, send tons of selfies, visit her family and take maybe 30 photos or more with family, etc.  With it done that way can it be done in 1 year?

I received a 2 year temporary permanent residency/green card back in March this year, and I should file a Form I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence, to become a permanent resident in December 2023, but I am planning to file a divorce with a husband that helped me through with that green card journey.
What happens if I file divorce now, although my temporary permanent residency card does not expire until late next year?
and in the meantime, Can I marry someone else and still file the form i-751 before the temporary one expires and still receive a permanent residency card?

Is your new love USC or where is he from?

1. No, she clearly meets the requirements if she makes over 100k.
2. I think you should not add it with your package. You could add it as supporting evidence for a potential expedite request for the EAD.
3. Yes, I-131 would be good to apply for if you don't think you'll have your green card by next summer
 
One thing to note, USCIS is being extremely slow lately and I've seen cases where green cards come way earlier than the EAD and AP. I suggest taking a look at your local office's processing times for EAD/AP/GC.

I find it crazy that people find ways to clog up this far too congested pipeline even more. I simply can't imagine myself going through ALL that miserable waiting, being apart from my soon to be wife (yay), only for us to abandon the whole idea of a K1 visa after finally entering the country....  Sorry, just my personal thought and opinion because it does bring up some emotions.
 

It seems, to me, that their message is clear.  Stay busy and practice patience.  Your journey has just begun.  Your submitting endless expedite requests is a waste of time... both yours and theirs.
