Hello everyone, two supporting documents my spouse would like to add to my AOS application are our rent lease for her I-130 petiton and tax returns (form 1040) for form I-864. The complete rent lease agreement is about 44 pages and her tax return documents (for the last 3 years) are over 100 pages for each year. Please do I need to print out all the pages for each of these documents because I feel they are way too bulky or can I just print the first couple of pages? I look forward to your responses. Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and have a few questions. I would really appreciate the help. I just got married to my wife we are currently filing for my adjustment of status. I'm currently on an F-1 visa and currently don't work. my questions are: 1. Would I need a joint sponsor for the form I-864 as my wife earns over 100k and she is the petitioner? 2. I have an employment letter for after graduation come next year. Is it okay to add this to my supporting documents for form I-765? 2. My wife and I are looking to travel to Nigeria next year summer for our traditional and church wedding and my F1 visa expires before then. Is it advisable to apply for the form I-131 travel document?
