Thank you for the response. I did see your postings about the strange email but no update when you login, I wish and pray you get your GOOD message ASAP. Yes NVC is about less than 40 day review timeline.. the update is expected later today to see they will be NOV now. SOmetime people get notification when they submit "Case FE review note"... in my case I did not receive any message/email, that caused me to ask that question. I will sit tight to get my turn to be DQed

I submitted all online Nov 29th. Till this moment I did not get any email or messages about documents submitted.. but all the documents says SUBMITTED. Is this OK?

WOW... Time to start the celebration.. actual is beating the 42 days estimate as of last monday. Next update from NVC is on Dec 12th Monday.. it looks like we are coming under 40 days. This includes range of documents 1. Voters Record in US 2. Real estate / loan agreement 3. Real estate taxes paid 4. US Bank statements with activities 5. Utility bills

So it is not saying "DOCUMENTARIYLY QUALIFIED" anywhere, but says the docs are accepted, nothing says rejected. But notes says to upload tax transcript. I would suggest to keep the necessary asked docs ready, and put in a public enquiry to make sure they hear this.

WHat is it saying when you highlight the CASE FE REVIEW NOTE updated today? if it says "DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED" then you should have the docs asked in the interview time

I guess you will be approved based on 4th Nov timeline. Actually once you submit everything and the status shows SUBMITTED, you cannot add any more documents. this is what I noticed. When they send RFE, then they open to add more documents. This is how I understood. If your lawyer added a document, then he did not submit on 1st Nov.. he did on 4th Nov.

I scanned through this thread and compiled this table. Also I was waiting to see NVC's new timeline this morning. THEY ARE DOING GREAT.. doing review in 42 days. They reviewed till 10/24/2022. If the petitioner has one I-864 and joint sponsor has one I-864 assuming the joint sponsor's and petitioner's income is sufficient for the immigration, then you should be OK. I-864EZ is not applicable since you have joint sponsor, it may be a glitch

I guess this message comes when you upload the documents in the span of more than 10 days.. This is what I noticed. If it says "DS-260 review note" - the will not review until all are submitted, then it looks like it is normal. At least I say one case 2 months back like this. But for me now I did not get any note and I started submitting from 19th and finally submitted all today. I am going to see if I get anything tonight...

After responding to RFE.. it is getting approved within 5 days.. GOOD LUCK
