  8. Usually within a week. Did you check your email? spam/junk folders in case by mistake it went there? if not you have to call NVC https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html
  9. When you fine online IOE number comes. In the NOA1 (receipt notice) at the bottom left corner you will see your service center assigned. That the processing time you have to check in the USCIS.gov site. Sometime the cases gets transferred to balance the workload, so it is better chat with Emma (online chat) to find our if it is still in the same service center or transferred. They do not send notice when it is getting transferred. Good Luck
  10. If I notice it soon after I file, I will fill up the e-request to fix the typographical error (https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayTypoForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=typoError). This request is meant for any issues coming out from USCIS to fix, but it is worth a try. You already passed through 6 months on the filing.. you can read bout this and if it make sense for you it is worth a try. But I would think it would not affect your application by any means, if it does it may be an explanation in the future with evidences.
  11. K3 and K1 uses the same I-129F form. First I filed K1 and then I filed K3 after filing I130. So now I am withdrawing K1, when I did send two withdrawl letters of samething (K1) to two addresses caused K1 withdrawl first which is correct and then they withdraw the K3 too. Which is not correct. It is their fault.. but what can I do. In your case, it should be OK, go ahead and file K3, it does not cost anything. I see in some cases it helps to speed up I130 approval. It is not guarantee to help it did for some case. but it does not hurt. Good luck
  12. CONGRATULATIONS. Wishing you all SUCCESS in the rest of the process.
  13. Welcome to group. My notice says Nebrasaka and AR since the same day when applied. Later when I chat through Emma, I found out it is transferred to California SC. If your's stays in NSC, you can put in request for out normal processing time. You may be close to that..
  14. For financial documents there is an option to upload I-864 and other related forms. Once you complete the DS-260, the civil documents section will light up to upload those.
  15. I totally understand the situation. I am also in the same boat and we are together in it. Mine also transferred from Nebraska to Calif. I came to know from Emma no other notification. VJ is estimating about mid september. I see now Aug-2021 filers are getting it approved.. Let's pray together.
  16. YOU ARE GENIUS.. Great. Really it helped in your case.. WOW. YOU ARE LUCKY. ENJOY THE DAY AND WISHING YOU GOOD LUCK FOR THE REST OF THE PROCESS. IGNORE the message about 45 days. YOU ARRRRREEEEE APPPPPPPROOOOVED
  17. Congrats. Some time it goes AGAIN and get it approved. So watch out for that... WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST
  18. According to USCIS, they transfer cases between the service center to balance the workload. So basically all service centers are loaded with the workload with almost equal timeline. This is what they are saying, but we do see different processing time for the service centers. all are between 5 months to 13 months.. but very few luck ones get approval in 2 months most get between 6 to 12 months. NO ONE can unleash this mystery
  19. if you file online, it starts with IOE. look at the bottom right corner in NOA1 for the service center where it is received.
