30th OCT 2021 filed in NEBRASKA transferred to TEXAS is just approved on 3rd sep... reported in the VJ timeline now. Certainly TEXES, VERMONT in fact POTOMAC is also on OCT/NOV 2021 approvals now.. Calif needs to catch up. They are in vastly in SEP-2021

Potomac is so close on Nov now.. so you will get VERY SOON. Mine is at Calif. It is hard to get hold of live agent in EMMA... I tried many times, did you get a chance to chat with live agent OR you have a well framed question to ask automated chat ??

All Nov-2021 filers are in 300's day... I touched the milestone of 300 day today. I wish and pray let this move faster than what it was and we all get approval soon. Almighty..

Yes Yes.. Ask emma. They transfer to balance the workload. But Calif is 1-2 months slower than texas and vermont per data here. But in processing time declared by website is other way around. Nowadays, it is hard to get EMMA online or in chat... It is going to be 300 days as of sep 6th for me.

The fiscal year 2023 starts on OCT 1st. The H1B filing started on March 1st 2022 and over 484K application are received. one of four applicants will get the visa. The processing starts on Oct 1st. Hopefully the OCT 1st fiscal year starting, summer vacation period ends should help us to get our approvals soon. Praying for it.. it is 298 days since filed. Trransferred from Nebraska to California

Thanks for sharing the news from Lawfully. The last I saw is SEP 10th 2021 from Calif. I see Nov 2021 is getting approved in Potomac, NSC and Texas, Calif needs to catch up.... PLEASE PLEASE GOD. There are lot of Oct 2021 in calif as per VJ

I filed it in Dec 2021 itself. I was withdrawing my K1 (since I married the same spouse overseas) and eventually they withdrew my K3 too. Which is not good and they did it by mistake since both K1 and K3 uses I129F form. I moved on and wanting to get I-130 approved soon. Filing K3 does not hurt and not sure it really helps too.. You can file it as it is just paperwork and no cost involved, except mailing charges

Yes, we are hitting that mark. Mine is 294.. Lot's october 2021 files are approved in vermont, texas and potomac. September 2021 filers are getting approved in calif. Keep the fingers crossed.. anytime soon.. pray well

But one good thing with California is they are 99% processing sequentially, if you filter the Xfer column by california, sort by NOA1, almost all the august 2021 filers got approval, no sep 2021 in progress.. it is not 10.5 months as the site says but it looks like it is close to 12 months.. -

I am eagerly waiting.. I am on Nov 2021. 2 weeks back 2 people from Aug 2021 filers got approval.. few september 2021 also popped up from california... It is going to be 300 days in the next 9 days for me. I am sure all the OCTOBER filers are 300 days already over... LET'S PRAY FOR THE SPEED UP AND APPROVAL -
Here we go another one SEP 10th approved now. California No 2021-09-10 2022-08-24 Not sure what you mean by they stopped processing CR1? I do see these approvals may be for CR1

I see one SEP 2nd approval popped up in the table. Let's hang tight.. I understand all the feelings and I am even 2 months down the line, eagerly expecting (NOA1 - Nov 2021). ITIN is additional evidence for the bonafide marriage but not really necessary. It is a +, so don't worry about it. I wish the process gets more quicker for approval.. before pandemic it was 5 to 6 months, during pandemic it is 2 months, now it seems like it is at 10 to 12 months.. MY LORD. PLEASE BLESS ALL OF US WITH APPROVAL
