Anzalduas is one of the newer Tex-Mex bridges, constructed and meant chiefly for industrial traffic (it leads to southwestern Reynosa, an industrial area). I wasn't aware of routine outbound inspections. This clown should have requested a lawyer before squealing on himself. Sidebar: I was on a 4-day trip with Mrs. T-B. to introduce her to the border cities (about two per day) when we happened to drive past Anzalduas after it had been opened just a couple of days earlier. We pulled up to the outbound CBP port, where I asked the guy whether anything interesting was across. He said that it was industrial stuff, but invited us to cross regardless. I considered our schedule, then told him, "We have all our luggage and stuff, and your colleagues at inbound will probably be eager to conduct inspections, so it might hose our schedule." He nicely accepted this and told us how to turn around. I've still never been across that bridge. Mrs. T-B. enjoyed that trip. Most notable to her was, "I didn't have to speak a word of English on the U.S. side of those cities." Also of note: Without exception, all of the Mexican border cities/towns are larger than their Texas-side counterparts. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Man caught trying to smuggle $1M, guns into Mexico at Anzalduas bridge A man was arrested Wednesday at the Anzalduas International Bridge after U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers found him attempting to smuggle firearms, ammunition and over $1 million in cash into Mexico. Cecilio Rojas Jr., a U.S. citizen, was charged with smuggling goods and bulk cash from the U.S., namely approximately $1,033,762, multiple handguns, and "disassembled" rifles and shotguns, according to a criminal complaint. On that day, Homeland Security Investigations special agents in McAllen received a request for assistance from officers at the port of entry in Mission after conducting an outbound inspection on a white 2019 Chevrolet 3500 with an attached trailer driven by Rojas. Surprise! ~~~~~~~~~ U.K. weather office caught deleting inconvenient climate data It is becoming harder to get away with lying in the age of independent media. Progressives in particular are struggling to safeguard the sacred belief that the planet is on the verge of melting because naughty plebeians keep driving SUVs and using air conditioning. Climate change devotees are willing to lie to defend this article of faith. Ray Sanders, an engineer by trade, realized this as he double-checked the calculations of the Met Office, the U.K. government agency responsible for guessing whether it will rain in Blighty tomorrow. The Met is also known for making bold prognostications about the conditions expected half-a-century from now. "Heatwaves, like that of summer 2018, are now 30 times more likely to happen due to climate change," it asserts. Probably not much, if any. You're filing after 5 years, so marriage status is less important.

Thrilling Friday non-GS/ES report, see man: Breakfasted & skoolbused Mini-B., groggy we man. Force-caffeinated ourself to remain awake afterward, GS/ES-ing to do man. Spectacular weather for the same, Texas weather Many man. Went to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa to feed mini-miu, feed mini-miu we man man. Mini-miu was skittish, perhaps startled by our presence man. Got good-&-early start on our rounds, back at casa by noon man. As we entered the casa, the phone rang, ring someone man we man man. Someone wanted to purchase Mama T-B.'s wheelchair, calling on behalf of cousin man. We agreed to a 2 p.m. caucus with said buyer, agree we man. We lay down for a siesta, just time enough therefor man. Of course, Mama T-B. called precisely halfway into it and insisted on a visit, man. Our siesta was hosed, no zzz for we man man. Sale of stuff went as previously posted, very pleased purchaser and F$WM man. Mama T-B. had promised "a brief visit of only a few minutes," si man. Accordingly, we told Mini-B. that we would meet him at ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa around a certain time, si man. She kept us there for Many (2+2+1) -- si man, Many (2+2+1) -- FULL inventories of all of her bed linens, man. We were devolving into mutual yelling when the Fizzicle Therapist (FT) showed up, si man. FT was young, vivacious, chubby but rather cute Indian chica, obviously intelligent man. She tried to convince Mama T-B. that ANY exercise, even flat in bed, was better than none, si man. Mama T-B.'s reactions convince us that her reputation as "difficult" is not unjustified, and man. We didn't get out of there for over an hour, Mini-B. continuously asking when we were arriving man. FT chica is going to have a real case on her hands, si and sigh man. We are always traumatized after leaving Mama T-B., shock-shelled we man man. Din-din was traditional-for-Friday Costco angusburgers, ingest Two Guys man. Afterward, we announced our intention to siesta, exhausted we man. Just then, split-earing yardwork began next door, TexMex dude man. We ran out to pay him to do our edging & whack-weeding, overdue man. As soon as that ended, we almost fell asleep, finally man. However, Mama T-B. called, second siesta hosed in one day man. She insists on seeing us no later than Sunday, OK man. Movie night was 2 Better Call Saul episodes, watch Two Guys man. Many (2+1) bowls of Costco popcorn were consumed, ingest Two Guys man. This tallies to Many (2x2x2x2) for the week, becoming impressive man. We wanted to attend a Saturday festival with Mini-B., been there twice before as Two Guys man. Mini-B. flatly rejected this, sigh man. So much for building memories, sigh man. Mini-B. then wheedled a V.R. game out of us, pu$hover we man man. No party with the rubias tonight, no cavort we man. We must feed mini-miu on Saturday, Mini-B. certainly to zzz in man. We have itineraried Many (2+2+2) GSs for Saturday, itinerary we man. We might attend all or flush all, undecided we man man. And that was/is our thrilling Friday, report we man.

Manchester and the Exodus From Britain [...] many British Jews are asking if there's a future for them in a country that has long been a "haven," as Rabbi Dunner puts it. "Manchester has convinced me that I'm never returning to the U.K.," he says. "I think the writing is on the wall. Unless there's a major shift politically, I can't see any future for Jews in the U.K. Whether it takes 10 or 50 years, the Jewish community there is in inevitable, inexorable decline to zero." Your evidence looks good as-is. If you have time, shop for a lawyer who can draft wills, medical & financial powers of attorney, and similar estate documents. These make superlative evidence for ROC, and they're even more crucial to have in "life." You can bring these to the interview if you want to send what you have. If the state of California has official templates of estate documents to download and craft to your needs, you can use those. Of note, many lawyers have told me NOT to download other templates from the Internet. Remember that if you move from one U.S. state to another, your wills may need to be redone.

Instead of pep rallies, let's hold poo rallies, we man. We can auction off "throw poo at Charles" attempts for extra income, F$WM.
