Daily Update on Biden Tanking America (Part 2)
TBoneTX replied to TBoneTX's topic in Current Events and Hot Social Topics
Merrick Garland is slime. This judge utterly disembowels him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Judge Cannon Body Slams Biden DOJ's Last-Ditch Lawfare Effort A federal court on Tuesday condemned the Department of Justice's efforts to provide members of Congress Volume II of the Special Counsel report while criminal prosecutions related to the report remained ongoing. While the country has moved on from the issue following Donald Trump's inauguration, last week's order crystalizes the Biden Administration's outrageous weaponization of the DOJ against not just Trump but those associated with him. Two weeks before Trump's inauguration, the DOJ [...] https://thefederalist.com/2025/01/27/judge-cannon-body-slams-biden-dojs-last-ditch-lawfare-effort/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=judge-cannon-body-slams-biden-dojs-last-ditch-lawfare-effort -
Welcome to the forum! You ask good questions and have obviously read and studied here, which is great. Good idea, and you're right about the restrictions for a long time after U.S. entry. It's the petitioner who would quit? I wouldn't recommend this; it's best to show some current income regardless of cosponsorship. Others here might have differing opinions. Yes. (1) Perhaps, and (2) correct. If you want to travel together shortly after filing the I-129F petition, there will typically be all kinds of time, because approval typically takes many months. However, sometimes petitions are pulled from their position and are processed earlier than usual, so you would want to be flexibly alert to this possibility. Whether you travel before the approved petition reaches the consulate or you travel between the visa's issuance and expiration, maybe shorten the vacation. And, for heaven's sake, do NOT leave less than 3 days' validity on the issued visa before U.S. entry! Flights can be delayed because of weather, mechanical reasons, civil strife, and more. Remember, too, that the visa will be valid for 6 months from the date of the medical examination, not from the interview itself, so commit the expiration date to memory, and plan accordingly.

Thrilling Monday report, see man: Got up before o'dark-Many to collect Mini-B.'s saxophone, left it at skool wee man man. Then went out again to drop Mini-B. at the grade-skool where his band was recruiting, man. Then returned to casa for an intended 2-hour siesta, need major zzz we man. Siesta was interrupted by Many calls/texts from ex-Mrs.-T-B., man. Her GPS-tracker on Mini-B. showed him away from usual skool, read e-mails please man. We told her to consult (and pay back ransom to) the malos, man. We still got a partial siesta, semi-zzz we man. No real lunch, no ingest we man. The IC replied per above, feedback/advice desired man. Din-din was nuked Barrilla elbow macaroni + Aldi meatballs + Aldi spaghetti sauce, ingest Two Guys man. We hadn't had this in a long time, better than remembered man. Movie night was Scrooged, quite good man. Many (2+2) bowls of Costco popcorn were consumed, ingest Two Guys man. Trying to get Mini-B. embedded, never easy man. No party with the rubias tonight, no cavort exhausted we man. Midday doc caucus for Mama T-B. on Tuesday, only agenda item man. And that was/is our thrilling Monday, report we man.

K1 VISA Meeting in person once
TBoneTX replied to vlavnder's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Multiple visits in person are good not only to ease the consul's mind, but to strengthen your relationship. "Face time" is crucial to both aspects. Where there's a will, there's a way, so banish the excuses and visit there or here. -
Fortunately, we are a superior primate and don't fall for such, si and no LS ma'am. --- Unless anyone has further advice or evil ideas, we will not respond further to the IC until she write us again, si or no man.

The IC has resurfaced, see Zangi message man: Hello, si man My ex sent the money and sort the bills, si man I'm home now, si man I was surprised when you act that way, si man I think this relationship is not in safe hands, si man I dont really have enough energy to chat, no man We replied, see man: Well, that's good news, si man. We have a firm rule never to send money to anyone we haven't met in person, si and no man. Second, it's highly unusual to sort bills before discharge from the hospital, si man. We're hone now, too, si man. The IC replied, see man: Okay, si man That's good, si man And we have not Zangi'd back, no man. This IC mystifies us, really bewildering man.

VAWA, Part 27
TBoneTX replied to TBoneTX's topic in Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits
It is still Sunday in a couple of time zones, so -- just in time -- here is our Official Weekly VAWA-Thread Joke: =========================================== A PIG WITH NIGHTMARES A pig went to a doctor and said, "Doctor, I’ve been having these terrible nightmares and I can't sleep. Can you prescribe me some sleeping pills?" Doctor: "Can you describe your nightmares to me?" Pig: "They are all almost the same. First, a man lures me with food, kills me, and cuts me into pieces. Then, he rubs salt all over my flesh!" Doctor: "I wouldn't worry about it; it sounds like you're going to be cured soon." -
Thrilling Sunday-on-Monday report, see man: We slept poorly for the Many'th (2+2th) night out of Many (2+2), could never get proper room temp man. Breakfast was Many (2+1) egg/cheese omelets at the hotel, last time there man. We up-packed and out-checked in decent time, satisfied we man. Little traffic on Interstate-Many at that time, fine man. Damned impeders when I-Many went down to 2 lanes, speed UP or move OVER man! We stopped halfway, si and pee and lunch we man. The buffet restaurant where we'd eyed going was mobbed with after-church customers, conclude we man. We dined in the Brookshire Brothers supermarket deli, going to grocery there anyway man. We consumed 2 chicken taquitos and 1 beef/bean burrito, quite filling and rea$onable ingest we man. We then groceried, list brought and specials pre-sought, research financially savvy we man. The unexpected find was "buy Many (2x2x2 +2) Powerade, get Many (2+2+1) free," whee and glee man. They had the necessary total of Powerade Zero grape, load cart we man. Other items were on sale or special with use of member card, up-sign and avail self we man. Some were higher than elsewhere, corn dogs e.g. man. Ultimately, we saved $Many ($2x2x2x2 +1), financially savvy we man. And we did not have to grocery locally in the rain, no man. Gassed half-thirsty T-B.-mobile at Costco before heading casa-ward, start week fresh man. Arrived at casa and were met by mildly indignant miu, obviously well-sat miu man. Ministered to miu, ministerial we man. Unloaded/put away all our stuff, good grief man. Showered, good idea man. Siesta'd, first zzz in Many days zzz we man. Lunch served as our din-din, why not man. Mini-B. was delivered a bit late, obviously a recent argument with ex-Mrs.-T-B. man. Wee man got in better mood after a while, usually happens man. Watched much of AFV, watch Two Guys man. Conquered our one LL, victorious we man. No party with the rubias, too tired we man. Must arise at o'dark-Many to take Mini-B. to yet another Band obligation, man. Then, we envision returning to zzz until we do not zzz, zzz-needing we man. And that was/is our thrilling Sunday, report we man.

ChatGPT could not directly do this, no man. The various sites (Google Images, Bing Visual Search, Yandex.com, and TinEye.com) yielded nothing, no man. ChatGPT found little under the IC's name on Facebook & Pinterest, nothing obvious there man. There was nothing public regarding the IC's gmail account, no man. Earlier, we found no Texas Driver License under the IC's name, no man. The IC is either off the grid or fictitious, conclude we man.

But are you a rubia, huh F ma'am?
-
Little does the IC know that we have mentally off-written her and (partially because of fatigue) barely thought about her this weekend, si man. Their website is excellent, with a fascinating historical section, si man. You have a mind that is at once hilarious and evil, commendations F ma'am. However, we would rather avoid throwing good time after bad, maybe it's our fatigue talking man. Regardless, we will ask ChatGPT if it can reverse-search fotos, AI man. If not, it can recommend where, surely man. In fact, yet another non sequitur has struck (stricken?) us, to wit man: Why would the IC be settling a hospital bill before being discharged, huh man? Gracias, D ma'am. Now, if only more Polish Commie-Babes were rubias, oj tak! (Bad absent noncontributing Asia! Bad, BAD absent ABSENT noncontributing NONCONTRIBUTING Asia!)

Those here legally need not fear. See the first post in this thread for what I had Mrs. T-B. carry with her until she naturalized:

Thrilling Saturday-on-Sunday report, see man: Breakfast was Many (2+1) fold-over egg omelets, ingest we man. Lunch was the remaining half of our gently expired Walmart sub, ingest we man. Din-din was 2 plates of beef/chicken/salmon/pasta/potatoes at the convention banquet, ingest we man. Miu-sitter sent us a Many-second ([2+2]-second) video of miu, immortalized-on-film miu man. Miu wandered around and exclaimed, "Miu," vocal miu man. Conventioneered conventionally and unconventionally, wonderful and we needed this man. Saw many amigos from last year and Many years ago, see we man amigos men man. Hotel checkout in a few hours, out-check we man. Then T-B.-mobile back to casa, si man. Plan to stop at small town halfway to grocery for Two Guys week, take list prepared we man. Return to casa to service indignant miu, almost certainly man. Casa also has no JCs, ICs, or eligible rubias, Your Mission Which You Must Choose To Accept everyone man. And that was our thrilling Saturday-on-Sunday, report we man.

P-Math error, si and see and F ma'am! She got only the city and no other details, to be precise man. Well, then, we don't need to fall for it, si and sigh man. No contact at all, no man. If nothing by Sunday eve, we shall report this profile as a scammer and start from zero, si and sigh man. It is true that too many things don't add up (in P-Math or otherwise) and make us uneasy, si and sigh man. Your mission, and you must choose to accept it, see man: Find us a rubia or anyone else, si man!
-
Si and sigh, D ma'am. Time to find us rubias and move on, si and sigh man.

Thrilling Friday non-ES/non-IC report, see man: Breakfast was some egg concoction + real bacon at the hotel buffet, ingest we man. Lunch was half our second gently expired Walmart sub sandwich, ingest we man. Din-din was taquitos and some other snack substance at a hotel event, ingest we man. Had much fun at convention, conventioneering we man. If neither night happens, we will off-write the IC, bye IC man. Saturday is full convention day, convene we man. Mama T-B. insists that we check in with her morning & night, aysheep senior she man. We will obey by in-checking at Many a.m., that'll show senior she man man. And that was/is our thrilling Friday, report we man.

That's why it's a strange Rx, know we man. Well, we think that she sure waited a long time before trying it with us, si man. We are also at least Many% sure that she's not that sophisticated, pretty sure we man. Fortunately, we thrive on rejection and she's not a rubia, si and no man. "Ve haff vays," si F ma'am? Unfortunately, we are out of space to upload images, sigh man. She is not a rubia, haven't you been paying attention F ma'am? You have a nicely evil mind, si F ma'am. We will consider this, si F ma'am. We are fresh out of these, si and sigh F ma'am.

Gracias, F ma'am. The following involves Fallopian Chat, man. The IC Zangi'd this morning (again waking us up) and tried to explain in great detail, explain IC man to we man. The IC is not the easiest to follow at best, no man. The IC did go to the hospital, si man. She sent us a foto of herself with a catheter port inserted from her hospital bed, that part is clear man. The doctor examined her, see IC MD man. Apparently the blood is the Monthly stuff but heavier because of recent stress, unsure about the extent of the latter we man. He diagnosed a lot of blood-loss, diagnose he man. He enlightened the IC about bleeding and Monthly bleeding , enlighten MD IC man. He "asked" her to get Many (2+1) drugs to get her back on her feet, according to IC man. One was clopidogrel, strange Rx man, for $Many man. One was "Headaches Rele Super Energetic blood tonic, for $Many00 man. One was an NSAID, for $Many man. The total was $Many, just under $Many00 ($[2+2]00) man. The IC could afford half until her paycheck on Feb. Many'rd, pay half IC man man. The IC first e-mailed her (deceased) parents' lawyer, party of the first part man. Got auto-reply "out of town," no luck man. The IC said, "It's fine if you can't help me out, man; I have no other person to message or mail for now, no man," si man. We finally offered to call the pharmacy where the Rx's would be called in to, and pay them that way, si man. The IC said, "I think I'm not paying direct the pharmacy the doc is my day one doc and she is ready to sort the bills just waiting for me to get the money so I can forward the fund to her you are not understanding me T-B., no man," sic man. The IC said, "I will have to find other means I have to leave here tomorrow morning I really appreciate your efforts T-B., si man," sic man. The IC then indicated that she would message her ex, whom she doesn't like, si and no man. At the end, she said, "Once I get home I will tomorrow or Sunday I will let you know, si man," sic man. --- We have a firm policy of not sending money to anyone who we haven't met in person, no to $i man. We do believe that the IC has been in the hospital, si man. It is plausible that she has very few contacts, new-to-area and small-familied IC man man. The parents' attorney is probably doling out money according to the estate documents, strictly gather we man. We can't fathom the availability of an Rx without being called in to a pharmacy, no man. The IC has never asked us for a dime, no man. Her website profile mentions nothing but personal qualities desired, always alert for such stuff we man. We are rather mystified as to how the IC has gotten through life this far with seemingly few coping-skills, unanswered man. We have 2 plans, plan we man: 1. We will wait to hear from the IC again, stew we man IC man man. 2. We will then insist on cell talk/text (despite the newness of Internet dating to her) or it's all over, sorry man. Feedback and advice on this thrilling and deepening saga, please man.
