  1. Thank you. I will make sure I have those documents before we get married. Thank you so much for the information.
  2. Thank you so much for all the information
  3. Thank you so much I wonder if she needs a ssn to marry me or I can just take her to a courthouse the next day after she arrives.
  4. I am to glad to know that.
  5. Thank you so much for the information. How long after we are married, could I submit these forms?
  6. Hi everyone, my fiancée visa was approved last week. She is coming to the US in August. I would like to know what documents she will receive at port of entry. After we get married, what documents do we need to apply for the two year green card? Thank you so much.
  7. I see lol. When you scheduled the interview, how far away was the interviews? Weeks or months? What did they ask?
  8. Thank you for your info and advice. I hope that they will approve my fiancé. They delayed me 7 months because they lost the second page of my petition.
  9. Thank you. We will do that together. Will they lock us if we sign in from Vietnam and US?
  10. Thank you so much for the useful info. I wonder if we submit the timeline and family tree in the interview, they will approve the visa faster. In your case, it took 6 months. That was so long. In my case, they already delayed my fiancé 7 months because USCIS lost the second page of my petition. I am thinking about writing a letter to the white house next month to beg him to ask them expedite my petition. I am not sure what the outcome would be. It is very unfair that they made a mistake and we suffer.
  11. Thank you for the info. Could you please tell me why scheduling for the interview could be nightmare? And why we have to do that together?
  12. Thank you so much for the information. I will have those two documents ready before my fiancé interview. I just had my NVC case number last week. What do I need to prepare next?
  13. We sent about twenty pictures with the petition. We did not write a timeline. At the time we submitted the petition there were not a lot of evidence. However, after one and the half year, we have more evidence now. We had met 2 times in person before we submitted the petition. We have met 5 times so far. If the CO doesn’t look at the evidence we bring, then it is very unfair for us. We have more evidence now
  14. Thank you so much for the information. I heard many people said if there is no timeline at the time of I-129F submission, it is very likely that they will fail us and ask for more evidence instead looking at the evidence that we bring to the interview. Is that true?
