NEW: Former IDF Intel Expert Suggests Delay in Ground Invasion of Gaza Due to Information on Hostages "You're about to see Israel [do] what it does best: rescue good people. So stand by." Those are the words of former Israeli special operator Aaron Cohen, who believes that the delay in Israel's ground invasion into Gaza might be due to new intelligence information with respect to the condition of hostages taken by Hamas terrorists in the Strip. Is Israel Really an ‘Apartheid State’? As pro-Palestinian demonstrations take place on campuses all across the nation, the idea is persistent and pervasive: yes, the Hamas attacks on Oct. 7 were terrible, but Israel had it coming because it is an oppressive apartheid state. The "apartheid" word gets thrown around quite a lot in connection with Israel, yet like so many other charges leveled at the Jewish state, there is nothing to it. VAWA, Part 26
TBoneTX replied to TBoneTX's topic in Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits
Of course you've been waiting breathlessly for (and will upvote) our hilarious Official Weekly VAWA-Thread Joke: ============================================================= HILARIOUS SIGNS The fastest land mammal is a toddler who's been asked what's in his mouth. I never imagined I'd go up to the bank-teller with a mask on and ask for money. My personal style is best described as "didn't expect to get out of the car." Ran out of coffee this morning, so I used tequila. Everyone is so pretty today! I never finish anything... I have a black belt in Partial Arts. "Not yet not yet not yet not yet EAT ME NOW!!! Too late." -- avocados When this coronavirus is over, I still want some of y'all to stay away from me. The first person to hear a parrot speak was probably not OK for several days. Drinking coffee in the morning helps others live longer. People write "congrats" because they can't spell "congrajlayshins." Wash your hands like you just ate buffalo wings and are about to put on a wedding dress. Emergency phone not installed. Please do not have an emergency at this location. This work center has been accident-free since Joe left. MAINTENANCE SHOP. We can repair anything. (Please knock hard on the door; the bell doesn't work.) A yawn is a silent scream for coffee. This sign has no purpose whatsoever. Volunteering is mandatory. Thank you for your cooperation. -
No online articles in English yet (will post, when found), so here's the scuttlebutt directly from Ecuavisa television: Daniel Noboa, a businessman, who at age 35 becomes Ecu's youngest-ever president, defeated socialist Luisa Gonzalez, approx. 52% to 48%. Noboa will fill the remaining 1.5 years left in the term of Guillermo Lasso, who was booted out months ago.

Hamas Disappointed Liberals Don't Believe They Massacred Jews After They Went To All The Trouble To Livestream It [...] "What's a guy have to do around here to get credit for mass murder?" asked Hamas terrorist Durka Mohammed. Rashida Tlaib Urges Nation To Resist Commercialization Of Day Of Jihad And Remember The True Spirit Of The Holiday [...] "I know we're all excited, but we cannot forget the true meaning of the Global Day of Jihad, which is to commit genocide," Tlaib passionately argued. Thrilling Saturday non-GS report, see man: We wore our new Eddie Bauer pocket t-shirt while GS-ing, bought just on Friday at the ES man. It was half-past Many (2x2x2 +1) a.m. when we tired of GS-ing, all-time early record man. Decided to mow front yard and undead Many'rd of back yard, mow we man. Naturally, the breeze stopped completely during that time, man. We managed to consume only one sweatband, really needed 2 man. Our entire body hurt afterward, ow ow ow ow OW man. Ran errands, si man. First to favorite nearby resale shop, donate Mini-B.'s garments man. Was interesting driving in the weird partial-eclipse light, different man. Next to Walmart, see man: Rant, grrr man: We hate Walmart with the passion of Many,000 burning suns, grrr man. Always mobbed, hate that man. Never have everything that we need, no man -- not ever, no man. Next to legacy supermarket that almost always does have everything, wish we'd gone there first man. That place was even more mobbed than Walmart, hate that man. Left with our nerves frazzled, not fun man. Lunch (at 2 p.m.) was one super-long sub sandwich from Walmart, at least that was available ingest we man. A siesta was taken, zzz we man. Awoke and watched a little college football, rah rah go team man. Went to second legacy supermarket, coupons man. Made out like a bandit at the clearance/dent bin, financially savvy we man. Cashieress screwed up and didn't ring up one item, belatedly discovered windfall man. Din-din was a Banquet meatloaf frozen din-din from this store, ingest we man. Catered to demands of needy miu, brush/lap/play/feed miu man. Party with the rubias a bit later, cavort we man. Quite a bit to clean up before Two Guys (?) week tomorrow eve, must apply ourself we man.

Saturday GS report, see man: We actually did get started rather early, much caffeine man. As expected, Many GSs, few to none with anything, slow down glance drive away man. We lost interest after about a Manyzen of these, oh well man. One, however, yielded the take, see man: -- 2 green-plastic balls* from Hobby Lobby = $1, OK man *envisioned as miu-toys, envision we man Total = $1

It's not only the communications, but the knowledge to be able to read, evaluate, and scrutinize documents in Russian that are provided as support. If "Locally Engaged Staff" (formerly Foreign Service Nationals) -- natives of the local country who are employed by the consulate -- are present, they can tell certain things about the documents (and perhaps things about interviewees' answers to the interview questions) that non-natives could not. This is probably one reason why Mongolia (e.g.) has not been an option for Russian interviewees. The other reason is a very small official staff -- two COs maximum, and possibly just one officer.

This puts reality into very sad perspective. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Israeli father said he punched the air with relief when he heard Hamas had killed 8-year-old daughter as the alternative would have been 'worse than death' [...] "She was either dead or in Gaza. And if you know anything about what they do to people in Gaza, that is worse than death." [...] https://www.yahoo.com/news/israeli-father-said-punched-air-100923066.html

Grade level precised, see and si and D ma'am. The above is exactly what Mama T-B. said, too, si man. The phone issue is touchy, sigh man. Ex-Mrs.-T-B. initially claimed that she could control it remotely, si man. Then, ex-she man backed off from that, reasoning technologically beyond me man. Then there came the issue of his needing the phone for calls & texts to us, safety issue man. We nevertheless have no idea why his phone can't be limited, no man.
