Best bet is to marry asap and get added to your spouses cover.
 
UK travel insurance generally does not cover emigration.
 
There are products for new immigrants but cover is limited and not comparable to NHS or regular US Insurance.

My girl's birthday is Feb 4th and I sent her flower to her office in the morning and home at night.  She made me promise not to spend more money by sending her flower on Valentine's day.
I reluctantly agreed.. and I was trying to figure out how else to express my adoration to her while she is still in Vietnam and I'm here in Texas..
 
Well the USCIS just helped me out in a HUGE way... they just texted me to check my  case...

I have a feeling this will be a great week for approvals! Give 2 more weeks, the October filers will get their NOA2s for the most part. I just have this feeling based on how it's been moving in recent weeks after New Year's. Let's see if I'm right. 😄 Good luck!

I received my NOA 1 October 16, 2019 and, according to the USCIS Case Tracking website, my case was approved today!!! Good luck to the rest of the October 2019 K-1 filers!
