We're not the government, so focusing is hard right now because of everything going on. 
We're grateful that after the ban majority of spouses who went for their interview got waived and approved, most of them are with their loved ones now.
 
And the rest of us haven't gone for our interviews because of the lockdown plus the Consulate isn't holding interviews yet.
 
So yes, there's Always a way, and in this case, all spouses including myself who is waiting for their interview will get approved as soon as we go forward to the embassy. And when we re-unite with our spouses we will sit together and look back at this time with hearts full of praise and Thanksgiving. 
 
So you see the cause of the ban is the governments problem to solve not ours. You guys should stop adding sand to our garri, the process is hard enough.

Simple, just do what it says, don’t count twice. She is already counted in 3, so 0 in 7.

I believe you just have to refer how much she's miking on part 7 of i-864 and file i-864A.

your dad files the i864 as the petitioner, meaning the sponsor, and your stepmom files the i864A as his household member

Yes. Dad must do 864 and will list step mom as a household member. Dads 864 will show total income for them both. Step mom needs to sign the 864a to attach to Dads 864. Start by filing out the 864 for Dad and you will see where it directs you to fill out and attach 864a for his household member. 

You’ll have to wait for like 2-4 weeks for uscis to mail your package to nvc, then another 1 -2 weeks for nvc to asign a case number and invoice. 
 
NB: you’ll be the one to get the package from nvc via email and postal mail. You’ll get email first then they will also mail it to your postal address, after that, your husband can now head to ceac website, login and fill the form 261- which contain his email, your email and agent email. 
 
i will use my F1 case as an example, my case got approved on 1st of Jan 2020, then I called nvc after 2-3 weeks to know if they have received my case but they said no, and should call back in 7 working days. I didn’t call them back but on 1st of April my dad got case creation notice also known as welcome letter I guess, the letter contain my nvc case number and invoice and instruction to login. 

Your dad will need to fill out the form (either typing in the answers, or printing it out and filling it by hand) then form should printed out, signed by hand and then scanned. At least that’s what I did. I’m not sure about your particular case, by in my mom’s case the instructions specified that no documents should be send over the mail.

During AOS upload all financial documents, bank statements, full tax returns for each year, 1099, w2. 
 
You can start any one you like first. Fill in the visa application and pay the fees and upload the applications documents, then do AOS or vice versa

If you read the rules of the recent travel ban! K1 visa holders are not exempt.
 
There is nothing like loyalty to companies in perilous times. That same company will lay him off immediately if something comes up. If I were him I would put my interest before that of the corporation. And guess what, if your husband dropped dead today they would get someone to replace him, he’s not irreplaceable. Nobody is.
 
I would proceed with my travel plans and particularly if I have accumulated leave, I would leave for the USA and then send a resignation email after I arrive and offer to help the company remotely transition my duties to another person. Heck after arriving in the USA I can even offer to work remotely for the 30 day transition period. Many people are working remotely in this time.
 
I would understand if they get upset but so be it, that’s life. Sometimes you have to take tough decisions and prioritize your welfare, especially at the expense of a corporation.
