They’ll do biometrics at the interview, I wouldn’t worry about it..
goes to show the aussie certificate and their madness about accepting it is just stupid..
I figured they would, we’ve been though the B-visa process before so this isn’t the first interview he’s done
yeah, they’re just being obnoxious about the cert. And why?? It just creates frustration for us and more work for them.

Congrats!
Same FedPol?
Same darn certificate
we’ll get a finger print one done for the interview though, not risking that

I didn’t think Australians needed to apply for a tourist visa?? We are part of the Visa Waiver Program ETA/ESTA... just can’t travel with the crisis at this time.
They don't have to, but my husband applied for the B1/B2 for longer visits. Plus his company has a US counterpart. It's not a bad visa to have

Yes should not be an issue to submit to NVC but he is asking for the interview, which in most countries tax transcripts is required. Ex. Guatemala will not accept tax returns+ w2s you are required to bring tax transcripts + w2s.
womp I missed that. Thanks!

we cant download ours either.
I sent this form Friday https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506t.pdf to see if maybe I can get it processed and if not at least its in line for whenever they start sending them out.
We had no issues doing tax returns + W2s in lieu of transcripts

Did you put in the notes box when you uploaded what I said to put as mentioned in private mail?
NVC are terrible when it comes the the AUS FEDPOL certificate, if it’s the one I sent you links too etc it’s definately the right one and their error... cost us an additional 4 months.. truely sympathies with you... @zochu had hers approved recently no worries
Oh yes! I did exactly what you told me. Thanks for following up!
we are very fortunate that we’ve gotten a response almost every week since submitting docs, so this isn’t being dragged out to some obscene timeline.

Thanks for your suggestions Troy & sara & ncornejo. I am ABSOLUTELY positive that this is the right document. I've done googling as well but no one has posted photos (as far as I can tell?) but everyone did what was on the NVC site. When I got through on the phone the lady (AGAIN) was like - 'yeah, this looks right to me, just send in a letter with your stuff' so that's what we're doing now.
-
Aww, I appreciate the sad emotes. I just sent in our doc again with a letter basically saying 'Hey you're not telling us what we need and we've sent you what you've asked for so we can't provide you with the document you want and can provide it at the interview'
I will let you know how that goes... It's just so demeaning.

Police certificate was denied again 😠
Even sending NVC their own instructions with the police cert obtained from said instructions is not the document they are looking for

Man, I'm with you. I'm mad too! 10 years and counting and now everything is closed.
TBH the most redundant information I found was the DS260. Which was 90% of the questions asked on the I-130.
But hey! All you need are your W2s! You're almost at the light at the end of the long NVC tunnel!

Also popping in to say that you don't need one. If you have any issues in Dallas county, go to Collin county. Super quick and easy!

Found it it's Duke & Marie you might want to reach out and ask em how they handled the Aus PC situation.
THANK YOU!!! I've seen a lot of Aus/NZ PC declinations, I've just submitted our PC with the full guidelines from NVC site screenshotted as the last page.I talked to someone on the phone and he was like 'yeah idk I see all the markings you need right here'

Thank you! That's exactly what I thought about uploading before USCIS processes more cases. That's why I uploaded the same day o got the RFE on May 19th.
I wanted to tell you that I had a mindfart moment - we submitted docs for the first time on May 22, not 5/18.
I'll be watching your timeline for the RFE approval!

Lol, I'm trying to create a timeline that's the reason for my asking. I know the timeline on timeframes it's probably off. Most likely. I resubmitted the 19th.
Not a bad idea! I hope you hear soon!
I'm trying to get these docs in before USCIS opens and processes more cases!

Something similar happened to me. When did you submit?
After research we sent them exactly what they asked for! The top of our report said something like “National Police Certificate” and she was adamant that it should say “Federal Police Certificate”
Looking on the state.gov RECOMMENDED Australian site the example doc is exactly what we sent. I’m so mad now!!
edit: whoops I thought you said “what”, we submitted docs on May 18
-
SO CLOSE! They rejected our Police Report... which doesn't make any sense as we followed their guidelines for Australia smh.
BUT! I was approved to sponsor my husband with a TAX RETURN and current employment letter and pay stubs. A police report is EASY to figure out!

Hi everyone!
130 - 8/13/19
129F - 8/23 or 8/26, depending where you look.
Got a letter in the mail that our 129F was denied lol. NO IDEA when they denied it as the letter I received in the mail today was dated for today, but yeah! Wanted to throw that out there!
The letter got me so excited because we just submitted all of our docs at NVC last week 😩 -

Are you saying your DS-260 was reviewed/approved before you submitted civil docs and AOS? How were you notified of the approval? Curious about it because NVC states they don’t review partially completed cases.
Yep. We're not DQ yet, but they still processed it. I'd love to tell you more but the NVC message center is BUSTED.

After two months of gathering docs and stuff getting lost in the mail we FINALLY get to submit our docs tomorrow!
Our DS260 was approved last week, thankfully/surprisingly, what a PITA document...

Question off topic, I called USCIS today to find out where my case is getting processed at and found out that it's been processed at CSC, but Initially i received my NO1 from Taxes service center, my question is when your case was transferred to CSC did you get a letter from USCIS? how did you find out that your case was transferred to CSC?
They’re not sending out letters for IOE transfers since they’re digital cases. I sent an inquiry
