Hi everyone! This is my first post here, so here goes!
I-130 NOA1: 10/28/2019 (IOE)
I-129f NOA1: 2/27/2020 (EAC)
I know the I-129F trick doesn't seem to work anymore, but we submitted it in Feb (when we learned about it) anyway. We lost nothing doing it so why not?
Where is EAC?

UPDATE:
Following up ... :
15.67% in Jan.
33.89% in Feb.
41.88% in Mar.
81.80% in Apr.
95.13% in May.
73.41% in Jun.From this, you might think that the order of focus is April, March, Feb, Jan, and June. But this is WRONG
However, the amount of actual processing (number of cases) was so HUGE for cases from June, March and April .. compared to Jan and Feb.
Of course, there are cases approved from 2018 too. But I never mention these anymore.
Where do you get these numbers from? I appreciate the reporting

A lot of USC were moved to CSC for spouse petitions. I’ve already made multiple inquiries and expect to hear more next week. I’ll keep you updated.

For those like you facing the same issue, simply explain the situation to a rep, and request an expedite based on the CLEAR USCIS error. Emphasis you're a USC filing for a spouse and ASK for the timeline to handle cases for that type of I-130 at CSC. You should get an answer like: "that's weird, they don't have I-130 for spouses of USC. OK, expedite". The END.
This was my expedite request. I DOUBT they made that errors because I’m seeing more and more people find out they were moved to Cali, all USC.
this is why I put in the request - to get some damn info!

So I smoke to someone today and they said that they have started processing spousal of USCs i-130s in CSC now. Is this not true ? I have spoken with at least 5 other people who were transferred there with the same type of petition as well. Now I’m really worried.
I’ve already started an expedite request. I 100% expect it to be denied but I hope to have more info next week
2 hours ago, NicholeB said:So, I found out today -like many others our case was transferred on 2/23/20. ( that is why the date change). We are now in the California service Center. I started a FB group if anyone is interested because we are some of the first i-130 USC spousal petitions going through that office and there’s not much info on processing ext.
yooo share that link

Good afternoon, everybody.
I just sent a message to that online chat with Emma and found out that my case has been transferred to California. I received no updates, messages or email, the only thing that happened was that my date changed from our receipt date to February 23rd.
I am very worried because the person on the online chat told me the estimated time to have an answer is 54 months.
NOA1 was September 4th 2019.
IOE case.
USC or PR?
also, IOE cases did not receive transfer notices.

Hi guys,
Just wanted to ask how you successfully entered your receipt number for the USCIS hotline. Mine can't be recognized, they keep telling me that I entered it incorrectly.
I don’t. 1122# and you’ll tell the rep anyways

Thanks,It is best to wait for 30 days as you rightly said, since the transfer was on 28 February 2020.
Definitely keep us updated!

I was informed that my application has been transferred from Nebraska office toTaxas service center. The application was in May 2019, Whereas, the Current date for case inquiry in Taxas center for I 130 application is 26 June 2019.Do I submit outside normal time processing inquiry or wait for some time since it is a case of transfer.
I’d call, but I think you have to wait 30 days due to the transfer
ALSO,
I got an email from USCIS to start my expedite! They didn’t outright deny it (which I thought they would) but they give you a chance to make an argument. I’ll continue to keep you guys updated too. If anything we’ll get some answers!

They all process all petitions I'm assuming is what she meant. All their answers are so vague. It's so frustrating.
Frankly, how much of it is to be intentionally vague by the agent or how little are they actually privy to? Frustrating for everyone involved.

As to the statement she posted about not all service centers do not process US citizen for spouse is not true. I spoke with someone who said they all process spousal visas. She apologized for someone giving out wrong info
They all process USC spousal visas? Or just they all process spousal visas in general? Tell me what I want to hear, my expedite request reason is thinner than a hair of ice lol 😉

Yeah. I was surprised when the rep asked me when did I become a citizen.
Wow I want your rep! Yours seems like they were trying to connect the dots

We have the same PD dates. Might be I am in Cali too🤔. I already do not know what to expect. I give another 2 months minimum @aus2tx
I think the same. My K3 is still at Nebraska and you can bet that I’m following up at 9.5 months despite it all!
Ask for your case status through Emma or USCIS Inbox and let me know what you get!

I also put in an expedite. Besides, if it’s intentional, all that centralized IOE stuff then where’s the timeline. Someone at USCIS needs to fix it.
I think they’re also figuring it out - my job is very similar. But the request can’t hurt my case so I’m asking lol

Thanks @TBoneTX.
UPDATE:
Yesterday's yield was one of the highest case processing, and more so for approvals. Actually, I've never seen so many approvals in one day, except once!
Anyway, good news for everyone I hope .. will post some statistics later.
Yes, there is. For green card holders filing for their spouses .. does that apply to you? or did you mark this in your petition by mistake? Check if you have copies.
However, if the answer is NO to both questions, and you're sure 100% of this clear error, then you are qualified for an expedite based on the grounds of a "clear USCIS error". All you have to do is call USCIS, confirm the transfer to CSC, and IF this is the case, then directly and immediately ask to expedite the case and mention this category and explain the situation .. you don't even have to convince the officer on the call.
Let us know how it goes.
Oooh? I’m going to give a call and try this morning. Good thinking.
-
So, did everyone’s cases get transferred? Mine was moved out from Nebraska to Cali - but Cali has a much faster K3 processing time. Do you think I can submit an inquiry even with my LIN K3 lol

My spouse case got transferred to Potomac and after February 23, it’s in California. They don’t have a processing time for I-130 for spouse listed on their website. I’m not sure how we are supposed to find that out and submit an inquiry if it’s over the processing time.
Start submitting queries every day ha

Me 👋🏾 Lol, I spoke to a representative over the phone she told me usually it takes 6months for approval, I’m 4months in. Praying for the best.
I have to wait another 6 months?? Why even bother moving my case from Nebraska then?!
OBVI I’m not mad at you but ugh lol
33 minutes ago, Wcalmt1 said:My date changed on the 27th. but have nothing about why, unknown if transferred? I have a lawyer she said the are supposed to inform us if transferred. I have seen some have found that they were transferred and had no notice.
IOEs aren’t getting notifications. Just do a general query from your USCIS my account inbox and it’ll tell you your service center
-

May I know the form or how they communicated to you the transfer of service center?
Thank you.
I sent an email through the USCIS my account portal asking about the status of my case lol
I literally just asked 'I saw my date change, what's the status of my case?' and you'll get a generic email back, but it will show you your current service center as transfer notices aren't being sent out for IOEs.

My case was transferred from Nebraska to California. I don't think I've seen anyone else here on the forums go in that direction - anyone else?

My case was moved to Cali. Fingers crossed it’s going to be okay 🤞
