Not sure how it benefits for tax purposes /ours are high for what purpose if you do not live here? Have you checked into what 7 states don't have income taxes? Cheapest state to rent office space? You need to do a lot of research / not just for the visa but the feasibility of what u plan. Like why choose the US? BUT you can do LLC Steps to Forming an LLC as a Non-U.S. Resident: Choose a State: Research which state best suits your business needs and consider factors like cost, tax laws, and flexibility. Name Selection: Choose a unique and available name for your LLC. File Articles of Organization: This is the official document that registers your LLC with the state. Appoint a Registered Agent: This individual or entity will receive important legal and business communications on behalf of your LLC. Obtain an ITIN: Apply for an ITIN from the IRS. Establish a Business Bank Account: You may need a U.S. bank account to operate your business. Consider an Operating Agreement: This document can help clarify the rights and obligations of LLC members.

First check your copy of the I 864 and make sure it is completed (all pages even if they do not pertain to u) and that it is signed as the letter reads this response is generic and only needs joint sponsor if income does not qualify In order to be a qualified sponsor, the petitioning sponsor's Form I-864 must be properly completed and signed, and the supporting documents must establish that the petitioning sponsor's income meets 125 percent of the federal poverty guideline for the sponsor’s household size.

Even illegals who could not prove residency have been able to get medicaid the way it sometimes works is Undocumented immigrants are not eligible for most federally funded healthcare programs like Medicaid or CHIP. However, they do have access to emergency care, and hospitals are reimbursed for these services through a mechanism known as "Emergency Medicaid" but each state controls their own services and some states like California and Colorado have programs for undocumented persons the White house is working on a bill as announced in May to remove 14 million illegal from that system https://www.whitehouse.gov/articles/2025/05/one-big-beautiful-bill-protects-medicaid-by-removing-illegals-from-the-program/ -

Having income enough to be able to afford health care insurance for a bene is one thing that concerns a CO during interview medicaid is state by state but they consider total family income and if you could afford the visa , more than likely income is too high for assistance from the state. you can try but be prepared to bare all income and all you own And if you passed the income for this, check into the following site for insurance costs https://affordablehealthinsurancetoday.com/horizon-blue.php?pub_id=22123251053&sub_id=6545705559&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22117021167&gbraid=0AAAAAC03UWpIKWc3jCucvIaWkYcs8UT2Z&gclid=CjwKCAjw87XBBhBIEiwAxP3_A7X7tuXXc2G2QBdggShZjFPMpC_tTC2UPIZfQ3Zx5z0f5njFBVpXGBoCal4QAvD_BwE -
https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visitor.html/visa CO may ask if u have funds for the trip/ it was asked at her 1st B2 interview it is under additional info so send a letter he can present to show you will pay / we payed for my mom for everything but i made an account for her years ago that we printed out for her to show i also travel to bring her here and return her to Moroc Additional Documentation May Be Required Review the instructions for how to apply for a visa on the website of the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you will apply. Additional documents may be requested to establish if you are qualified. For example, additional requested documents may include evidence of: The purpose of your trip, Your intent to depart the United States after your trip, and/or Your ability to pay all costs of the trip. Single men can also marry in US if they are talking to anyone romantically so CO may ask about that And understand his travel to other countries will be noted especially the ones that need a visa good luck for a safe trip

it's because he filed single/ he is married /can not file single OP even if do not have SS # , u can claim her for personal reasons now , file 1040x and claim your spouse the following site is usually for those living abroad but info can also be used for those awaiting SS# from the forms filed for AOS after marrying in the US https://1040abroad.com/blog/expat-tax-how-to-file-taxes-if-spouse-does-not-have-ssn-or-itin/#:~:text=Your spouse does not need, may vary—check compatibility). File your tax return under Married Filing Separately. Enter “NRA” where your spouse’s Social Security Number would go. Your spouse does not need to get an ITIN unless you’re claiming certain dependents or a tax benefit that requires it. You can e-file your return as long as the IRS system accepts “NRA” in place of the spouse’s social security number (some software may vary—check compatibility)

For K1 the person needs to submit the arrest and any deposition from the court If the case is sent to Vermont, then USCIS has determined it is a more difficult case Previous petition does not necessarily slow it down as long as divorce court documents (with seals from court ) are provided/ these need only to be scanned for the paper K1 but bene will need originals (all pages) for the interview. Also bene needs to know details of the divorce _reasons for divorce, date of divorced , how long they were married, any children ,etc)

You list him but he can not accompany the parents as there are no derivates on the I 130 if you wish him to immigrate , he needs his own I 130 and he will be F4 with a long wait (15+years) -
Pending is over 28,000 as of end of 1st quarter (check the site for pending cases) this will only go up in number as USCIS is reporting a rise in I 129f petitions flow chart shows since 1st quarter 22,949 K1's have been received and only 2,129 are approved / this is on top of the pending number click on the blue area to see number received and the green area to see those approved at USCIS level there are Not sure why u pay a service when the USCIS API can be seen by any of us wishing u a good future It looks like USCIS did concentrate on worker visas to get all those nonimmigrant workers here for the spring planting and harvesting Later in the early fall , it will be DV lottery that they focus on it all goes in cycles with a summer showdown for vacations and the winter showdown for the Holidays Not to forget Trumps lay offs Donald Trump's administration has implemented significant personnel reductions across various federal agencies, including those involved in immigration processing and enforcement. These layoffs, part of a broader workforce reduction initiative, have sparked concerns and are expected to have a notable impact on the U.S. immigration system.

both visas will take anywhere from 18 months to longer as the wait time in Manilla for interview is long many do go and live while waiting the process If they can maintain income and a US residency and file tax returns as required the best to u both if you do have a child while waiting , you will file CBRA for the child to have US citizenship so you don't have to do a separate petition to bring child here

any have lithium batteries? comply with shipping company if they do Shipping lithium batteries requires adherence to specific regulations to ensure safety and compliance. These regulations apply regardless of whether the batteries are shipped alone, with equipment, or as part of a larger device. Shipping companies like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL all have their own guidelines, often based on international regulations like IATA and UN standards.

What service has this info when USCIS has not yet put out the 2nd quarter report April 30th we could see the 1st quarter (October thru December for 2025) https://www.uscis.gov/tools/reports-and-studies/immigration-and-citizenship-data 1st quarter shows 7939 processed (this does include the ones denied) and that is 2,646 monthly and if average 30 days a month , its only 88.2 daily Take into consideration that this includes November (Thanksgiving holidays) and December (Christmas holidays) But we yet to have any info on January thru end of March (2nd quarter) How did the service put u somewhere in the 4500 area when 28,839 are pending? this is only for 129f fiancee there are 148,423 completed I 129 for workers in same quarter and 89,852 still pending so, looks like I- 129 for workers is going faster
