Available visas for some countries and regions may be used up prior to that date. Annotation on my cr1 visa
JeanneAdil replied to JJMC's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
A stamp with "212(g)(2)(B)" on a U.S. visa indicates that the visa holder may be subject to further evaluation by a public health official upon arrival in the U.S. This is related to the vaccination requirements for immigrants, specifically when a civil surgeon or panel physician has certified that one or more required vaccinations are not medically appropriate, according to MyAttorney USA -
Why? You are , in theory, coming in as LPR, giving you rights to ask questions or make comments to those we pay salary to I mean be more careful of customs and what u bring in that may be not allowed and always treat officals with respect /same as they are to treat you Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs), also known as green card holders, have significant rights and protections under U.S. law. These include the right to live and work in the United States, access to certain public benefits, the ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad, and the right to petition for family members. They also have the right to be protected by all U.S. laws, including those related to employment, education, and criminal justice.

And according to case processing times on the USCIS says most cases are done in 67.5 months so they don't promise anything and are poor to update I know this leaves USC in Limbo and puts life on hold / so very sorry https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ 80% of cases are completed within 67.5 Months

Anyone has similar situation?
JeanneAdil replied to chi4's topic in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America
Creating a timeline on your profile would have helped VJ members to answer questions without asking here Have u resided in the USA for last 5 years? if so, u will file CBRA for the child to be a USC under your citizenship and provide baby with US passport otherwise, you need to file I 130 for the baby when born -
