  1. Brother and sister both in law enforcement and prison life is rough You can do a search http://kool.corrections.ky.gov/ that's the Kentucky offender lookup You can also search court records to see ALL his arrests and convictions it may help to know his prison ID or SS #. Visits in Kentucky prison are scheduled if u r on visitor list (HInt: u should be able to view who else is on that list /I would check for other females) visits are for 1 hour with possible 1 hour extension read the site I sent as it says it all

  6. has happened before Crazycat answered 3. Call USCIS and ask for "technical assistance" at each prompt. It should connect you to a human.
  7. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/guides/chapter5.pdf page 9 Apply for a U.S. Passport. We strongly recommend that you apply for a U.S. passport soon after your oath. You will not be able to travel abroad until you have your U.S. passport. Please allow sufficient time between your ceremony and any planned travel to receive your passport
  8. Because no one notified them of the death of your father/this should have been done in 2011
  9. she would include the income along with the SS annual letter(s) to show the current year's income for each child We usually receive these letters for the upcoming year in the fall /mine comes in October
  10. to marry and do the spouse i gave the site for Kentucky prison rules Kentucky does not allow conjugal visits so to file CR 1 she would need to wait till he is out Also the inmate must list her for the approved visitor list Before visiting your inmate check all the rules you need to follow. You can find an inmate at Kentucky State Penitentiary , using the Pigeonly Inmate Search if you need help before visitng. After the visitor has been approved by the correctional facility they need to check with their inmate on what days they are allowed to visit. Visitors must register in the Inmate Visitation system prior to scheduling an appointment with the inmate. Does Ky have conjugal visits? There are only four U.S. states that currently allow conjugal visits, often called "extended" or "family" visits: California, Connecticut, New York, and Washington.Jun 21, 2022
  11. “IV Docs in CCD”, it means that your supporting documents are electronic, and you will only receive your passport from us.

  13. adding the email to the case is auto update that u did/ found that out when a gf was told that for her case embassy answers to most emails are computer generated and will say something like "Case is in AP for additional security checks, you can check your case for information and updates on following site" Basically if there is not yet a decision to approve or deny, there is no information to give u and u need to wait it out We know it is a hard and heartbreaking process but many of us went thru long waits and the reward at the end is worth it My visa took 6 years so i do know and wish u well
  14. follow the site /it is clear on what is part time and what is nonresident status if part time, u do not use form 2555 for california income , california income is taxable IS she a RDF or nonresident? they are quite different If you’re married/registered domestic partner (RDP), you may choose to file separately. Each spouse or partner will prepare a separate tax return and report their individual income and deductions.
  15. My response was that to file a New I 130 , the petitioner has to answer to the NOIR/NOID he posted and the CO statements to him that they spent so little time together to prove a real relationship. As they do not intent to respond to US office for the denial but attorney said to file new I 130. sorry i left some info out but was writing fast while waiting for my PT appointment
  16. As a nonresident, you pay tax on your taxable income from California sources. Sourced income includes, but is not limited to: Services performed in California Rent from real property located in California The sale or transfer of real California property Income from a California business, trade or profession Read about filing joint or separate in California and the deductions she would pay on worldwide if she is part time resident /she is not /she is nonresdent As a part-year resident, you pay tax on all worldwide income while you were a resident of California. https://www.ftb.ca.gov/file/personal/residency-status/part-year-and-nonresident.htm If u file separate, she has to file form 2555 allows for exculsion of foreign income up to 2023, the maximum exclusion is $120,000 per person. Line 13 is for federal adjusted gross income which would be minus 120,000 and taxes due on that amount
  17. They are not answering the NOIR/ attorney told them to answer the CO issues with a new application the 1st I 130 had legal Egyptian marriage certificate but CO determined at interview that the marriage was not bona fide as the decision to marry was made before they met in person and then they married on meeting 1st time . that's the only time they have been together they need more time together to prove real relaltionship to Cairo embassy OP tells me on whatsapp what the CO said about their decision to marry before meeting and the time spent together That's what i go by / that and his post showing the CO issues
  18. USCIS Should correct it when they issue the card if a 2 year one comes , u need to correct it 2 year green card is conditional residence for under 2 years married 10 year for over 2 years married USCIS site says its about when the spouse enters the US What Is Conditional Residence? If you have been married for less than two years when your foreign citizen spouse enters the United States on an immigrant visa, his or her permanent resident status is considered “conditional.” The immigrant visa is a conditional resident (CR) visa, not an immediate relative (IR) visa. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/family-immigration/immigrant-visa-for-spouse.html
  19. only need proof of meeting at USCIS stage The documents u are talking about are for DR US embassy and can be in Spanish https://do.usembassy.gov/immigrant-visas-original-documents-and-english-translations/
  20. do u use this site to create account to pay https://myaccount.uscis.gov/
  21. DR US embassy Please note that if your documents are not in English or Spanish, you must bring a certified English translation of those documents to your interview so, what language are the documents in? flight itineraries do not prove a trip was made/ boarding passes do sending proof of western union monies is not a good idea / may appear 1 is dependent on the other for money
  22. Egypt will require he has been with her after starting to talk online in 2019 the following happened maybe not required for the type of visa but the OP decided to marry in June 2020 online without meeting her first and then they married on 1st visit in 2021 March he has to overcome a big hurdle especially whey this embassy likes to see quality time spent together and they did not have it so, if they have not been together in 2022 and 2023 , he faces another denial that decision to marry without meeting first and marrying on 1st visit was part of their NOIR ( I believe his is actually a NOID when the USC got the notice) CO wrote "it has not been proven that petitioner and beneficary have a bona fide marriage" The OP and petition also face big age difference not mentioned in the NOIR
