illegals in this state work and work hard /they don't qualifiy for DL , etc here in TN/ the kids are allowed and encouraged to attend school

That judgement call is up to CO some of us spend months in Morocco to prove relataionship and spend years in immigration to receive visa approval and u say financial stain?? then how do u afford to make the trips to meet a financee and then this new wife?? Number 3 does not make sense u need to look at the case as an outsider would as its outsiders (immigraiton officers) that will view documents, interview, and decide Best to u and new wife but understand that even if an expedite is approved, it does not mean interview itself is faster

For the CR1 interview, you have to show quality face time with spouse (several visits during vacations ). this is expected of all CR1 petitions in Casa u may also have to prove, u formally broke off the engagement with the other (before starting a new relationship you may have to show her parents accept your kids along with you as her husband to prove kids are so attached to new wife that they suffer without her, send photos of them meeting her, attending the marriage celebration after the documents for marriage are signed and logs of chats between her and them prior to the date of asking for faster approval

i have to add CO's have the responsibility to protect USC, US, and bene IF the CO at interview views this relationship as not bona fida (as seems u look for a babysitter), u can be denied

Agree. Free to try but don't expect a miracle since u cancelled K1 in August and filed CR1 for a different person kinda fast for your kids to be unattached to one and attached to new one Hi! I had filed I129F and it was approved by the USCIS and currently has a NVC status of ready. I've called off the engagement with the beneficiary and emailed the consulate asking them to cancel the case but never received a response. Also emailed NVC but they told me to contact the consulate which I've done. I've also gotten married and filed I130 for another beneficiary. I checked the old I129F... August 23 1 reply

unfortunately, u do have to wait for Casa to reschedule the interview Senator help is more than likely useless but if he/she is Repuplican (and will remain in office ), make an appointment to meet an assistant in his / her office to sign a release statement so they can inquire and perhaps push Casa for a new interview time. This would be 1 of the easier things for the Senator to assist with. Sorry this has happened to the 2 of u but keep sending emails to the Casa office and bug them to death. make it their problem

To prove you worked 40 quarters of earned income, the best way is to access your Social Security earnings record through your "my Social Security" account online, which will show your work history and the number of quarters you've earned credits for; you can also verify this information by reviewing your W-2s and tax returns from previous years to confirm your earnings history with the Social Security Administration (SSA) records.

no, 1st stage timelines are based on number of petitions at US offices number of petitions that require RFE and big one is holidays and vacations right now we will have Thanksgiving, Christmas and New years with extra time off for those who must use vacation time before end of the year or lose it stage 2 timeline depends on number of cases number of cases in queue waiting for embassy to say send it Stage 3 interview depends on beneficary knowing the US petitioner documents presented fully as needed for sponsorship and background of bene and high fraud issues that may show up to CO and the AP for some embassies for additional security BTW Trump did not list legal immigration as one of his big issues border control and illegals are https://www.donaldjtrump.com/issues

No, Melania Trump obtained US citizenship on a visa reserved for immigrants with "extraordinary ability" and "sustained national and international acclaim", according to a report in the Washington Post. he bought most of his hotel workers here on a work visa

the cost of sending 11 million illegals home is something we can not afford so that Trump statement is rediculous

he will spend the 1st months with appointments Embassy ambassdors if he wants to appoint new but that position does not affect an interview/ there are rules that USCIS has for CO's to follow to approve or deny any petition THE FOLLOWING TAKES TIME As of 2016, there were around 4,000 political appointment positions which an incoming administration needs to review, and fill or confirm, of which about 1,200 require Senate confirmation. i would suspect he will , again, make the ban on countries known for having terriorist training camps Government Abbott of Texas is already building the wall between his state and Mexico Every Republican voted against the H.R 29 bill (May 2024) to increase border security so he didn't want border security/ he wanted Caos to help his election. Former President Donald Trump on Sunday proposed hiring 10,000 additional Border Patrol agents and giving them a $10,000 retention and signing bonus, after he derailed a bipartisan bill earlier this year that included funding for more border personnel.

20-23 years of age for compulsory service for men with a 12-month service obligation; individuals engaged in higher education or vocational training programs prior to their military drafting are allowed to delay service until they have completed their programs (up to age 35); exemptions allowed for males considered to a family's sole provider; 18-23 years of age for voluntary service for men and women (2023) So, if served, u need to provide record of servicet if not served, u need letter of exemption from military Tunisian citizens can request an exemption from military service if they meet certain criteria, including: Being medically unfit for service Being the sole financial supporter for their family Being older than 28 and legally residing abroad

Immigration is primarily funded by fees paid by applicants and petitioners seeking immigration or naturalization benefits. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is almost entirely funded by fees, with about 96% of its funding coming from filing fees and only 4% from congressional appropriations it is part of DHS with following sections which he would not want cut like ICE and border patrol Below is contact information for different Department of Homeland Security components. CISA. FEMA. Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Transportation Security Administration. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. U.S. Coast Guard. U.S. Customs and Border Protection. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Totally agree with all above take the time to meet and spend quality time getting to know each other and let the relationship develope take things a little slower / don't make a whirlwind romance decide the rest of your life. Get to know her AND HER FAMILY (very important) most of Africa is considered high fraud even when applying for spouse interview Immigration does not guarantee a visa US embassy Ghana will look at time spent together, how fast the Ghanian make commitment to marry, how u met, ages of both I applaud u in thinking to go for the spouse visa and wishing the best to both of u BUT do not marry on 1st visit
-
Not really . The process may have speeded up some but its still a long process since covid /and waiting for the AOS to complete takes forever meaning she can not work or return back to Canada without the AP, the cost of AOS would make me not this route BTW tourist visit was not the proper way to enter and marry in US but fiance or spouse visa is either of these allow her to enter with little or no questioning as she will be legally entering

no reason to visit family in USA as they are not yet living here / u can see them when they are in your home country u should read the following site about personal searches at POE Every one of us is subject to a search if CBP senses a need to search even born in US citizens and LPR U can be taken for search when leaving or entering the US https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2023-Apr/April 2021 Personal Search Handbook_Redacted.pdf 1.1 Personal Search Definition A Personal Search is a search of a person to determine whether the individual is carrying contraband, undeclared merchandise, weapons, or means of escape, close to, or inside of, the individual’s body. 4.1.3 No Prior Supervisory Approval Needed Given that the immediate patdown is conducted to protect the officer and public from weapons or dangerous objects, the officer may perform the search immediately upon suspecting there is a safety concern and need not seek prior supervisory approval for the search. If a weapon or dangerous object is discovered, the officer should immediately contact a supervisor after the completion of the immediate patdown Consent not needed except for cavity searches which must be done at medical facility u can decline this but more than likely the visa would be cancelled 6.6.1 Voluntary Body Cavity Searches A subject can be sent for a body cavity search utilizing a voluntary, or nonvoluntary method. The voluntary method requires consent from the subject for a body cavity search to be conducted U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents can search phones and other electronic devices at ports of entry to enforce the law and protect border security. This includes searching for: Digital contraband, such as child pornography or classified materials Information related to terrorism Information about a visitor's admissibility
