Hard truth...we Americans have to wait ...where is America first in here...those who r CC of April May get there IL in October but I am June so my chance of getting anything this year is zero to none...

Hey guys let’s not give up. Just like someone said earlier. It ain’t over till it’s over. Somethings gotta move in the next couple weeks. I’m strongly hoping this week. Positive thoughts and prayers are what’s gonna get us through this. As frustrating as this time is waiting for a interview. Imagine the wait during your I-130. Atleast at his time. Everything is approved and out of our hands. Let’s just be happy that we are at this stage. Don’t get me wrong I will be posting in like 10 minutes how irritated I am with NVC and this entire process.  But a bit of gratitude goes a long way. Just a thought 

My husband interview is next Thursday 7/25. He received all necessary documentation today by FEDEX. We are constantly praying and hoping for the best 

Just wanna share with VJ members , my case expedite was accepted by the U.S. Embassy in Dakar because of my wife’s pregnancy who is 7 months now and my cc was May 14th.

it seems there is nothing average about India.

Exactly. FB visas are processed in New Delhi as well. Whereas cr1/ir1 have only Mumbai Embassy. It is understandable if there is some delay, but here they have completely stopped processing applications of cr1/ir1. Nobody in this category is getting any dates . Sooooo frustrating.

Worried that NVC is not honoring the 60 day time limit. Will we see some movement in September or nothing until Oct 1st?

Nothing here yet either. But not giving up on August dates. It ain’t over till it’s over!
