Completed biometrics yesterday, in and out in about 10 minutes... Got an estimated date of June 2024 from VJ the day before yesterday. Let's see how long it actually takes

Don't know if this the office that is processing our case or if this the generic receipt numbers, couldn't find another processing center on the letter or online for our case. Good luck to everyone.

We received our appointment for biometrics today, scheduled for 10/31/22. Moving along pretty fast I guess. 

Just a tip for those of you who will be waiting for a bio metrics wavier or a bio metrics appointment and it has been 30 to 60 days since you have received your NOA try submitting an e-request of Non Delivery of Notice. I had not gotten any word on my bio metrics for over 60 days. I sent in a e-request and low and behold got a reply via email in a few days and the bio metrics wavier a few days after that in the mail. Sometimes this will jog things loose there at USCIS, its worth a shot. Here is the link:

Call USCIS and ask for technical assistant at each prompt.  You can talk with a representative.

I received a general email from the embassy in Guatemala today indicating that non-immigrant visa are not being processed, but immigrant visa are now being processed specially  CR1/IR1. Hopefully we can get on the list for our CR1 visa. So we can add Guatemala to the sites that have started processing spousal visas.

Submitted police documents on May 17th,
 
Got DQ today Saturday May 30th, received DQ email at 6:46AM... Just waiting on the embassy to open. Thank you for all the support, see you all at the next stage.

Feb 24th 2020 document submission to NVC:
 
Today we almost got DQ, instead we got RFE for Police Certificate only.. There are 3 entities here in Guatemala that provide this service. We submitted certificates for 2 of them and not the 3rd, they wanted the certificates from the 3rd. So, will send explanation of offices being shutdown and hopefully I can present the papers during the interview. Hopefully not going all the way to the back of the line 😩

DQ today! So so happy. Documents uploaded 2.20.20.

We are also Feb 24th.. no updates yet. But I called NVC last week and they explained that we were on track and to wait another week or two for any notifications. I am checking daily...😃

We also submitted our documents on Feb 24th. Still have not heard anything. I don’t understand how March people are getting DQ’d but oh well, it is what it is.
