Hello

We sent our ROC package off Monday of this week. Just awaiting notification that USCIS received it. Glad to have that monster package sent off. Now the waiting begins (again) Lol!

Hello,

We sent our ROC packet on Wednesday 10/5 and are now awaiting NOA.

No updates (delivery status) from USCIS yet, but USPS shows it was delivered yesterday, so hope to get some update from USCIS next week.

Welcome to the thread!

Biometrics could be reused, or you can be called for an appointment, nobody can tell for sure.

Yes, you can legally travel and work while your extension letter is valid. Even past it's expiration, you can still travel (with I-551 stamp) and work (with Social Secuiry card without wording and valid state ID)

Passport stamp (I-551 / ADIT) is only needed when your extension letter expires.

What do u guys send for evidence of bonafide marriage? do we have to send all joint bills from the time we got married till current? that's alot lol . what did u guys do? hoping for some enlightenment

The best strategy is to supply a lot of good evidence from the start of the marriage to the date of filing. This increases the chance of approval without interview. Would you pay a few hundred bucks for smooth ride or would you want to wait a longer, potentially receive RFE or have to travel for the interview? The choice is yours.

As for the things to send... Be creative. Send joint bank statements, joint bills, copies of lease / mortgage with both names on it, drivers licences with same address, club memberships of you and your spouse, flight and hotel reservations with both names, deeds, 401k plan details listing spouse as beneficiary, health insurance, children's birth certificates, photos from different times with friends and family, affidavits from people who know you as a couple. Sky is the limit :) Your task is to provide strong evidence, so you can be approved quicker and without interview.
