just 11 days after my  status changed to AP  it changed to Issued  . I Guess I am one of the lucky ones. I am so so relived. Thank you to everyone who has helped me in my stressful days . I love this site . now I just have to wait for dx to email me.

thank you so much. embassy emailed me and said its on its way to dx.so fingers crossed . its been one of the worst time the stress is certainly agonizing. cant wait to be home for next week. xxxx

hello ,same thing happened to  my friend  she was in AP  4 weeks If thats all they are waiting on you will be fine. I received my ISSUED today after aweek in AP I was lucky but it felt like a life time.

can not get on anywhere to see mine. 😭 its difficult isn't it, just waiting to be with our loved ones and to start living again instead of watching the world carry on with out us. .

I do feel as if London has been slow recently for the fact that there is now a few us just waiting with no updates, and two of us that weren’t required to produce any extra evidence! 

thank you for the link it is a little comforting to talk to people in the same situation.we are confused also as to how this happened also , we put our trust and money into a lawyer as we thought it was the best for us she had come recommended .
im unable to check status today as their site is not coming up think their server is down. its still early. 

Hello my status changed to Ap 17th june.im just sitting around watching the time go by slowly. its heartbreaking the stress is unbarable. I was actualy approved at interview but then 6 days later was sent a refusal 221 email. HEres wishing all our status change today . good luch to you all sending big hugs 

Resubmit accurate docs and you should be fine  

They should have informed you that it should be another 60 days for RFE review. However, there is no limited amount of days a case has been placed in AP. 

Request for Further Evidence 

I don't know why they didn't see this at the interview if the paperwork said he fell short. Did your fiancé not review it? Anyway confused a little how this happened, but just have to wait on them. If you did it correctly this time then hopefully something will change this Week. I've noticed London being a little slow the last couple of weeks. hiya I was updated on Monday 17 to AP I dont think ill hear anything for a little while some people say it can be as little at7 days others say around 90 days I expect its all down to what documents they need. its so  stressful our lifes and future are insomeone elses hands. please let me know when you hear something . good luck

Did you have the courier pick up your submission? 
For a 221g in general--A few days if they get right back to picking up your case again. Maybe a week before they have time to review it. Keep watching your status  for date changes. It will say "issued" when they are done.
 
Not many get delayed for an I-134 because London is so lenient on those

Blue Slip: A 221g Blue slip is given when the additional documentation is required. After submitting the required documents, a decision will be taken by the Consulate. Pink Slip: A 221g Pink slip is handed out when your application needs further administrative processing.J

today my status did change from refused to application received. and my lawyer emailed embassy and they told her that it is now ready for review but they can not give me any indication how long it will take. but today I have hope seeing that refused sigh gone please please prey it changes to issued , my love one returned to usa after 5 weeks with me and my heart is in bits.thanks to you all for giving me a better understanding of how this all works , I just wished I had researched a little more to see that when you get approved at your interview you can still get a refused notice via email. its heart breaking as some of you only to well.

London just seem to look for enough to cover the 90 days, that has been the case for as long as I can remember and have seen nothing to suggest otherwise.
