they wanted proof of any capital , our solicitor made an error on our application form  and they said that my partner did not earn enough money when infact he made 5.000 over the i25% requirement. as we dont have any extra capitol we have submitted a sponser on the safe side along with an amended affridavit  of my patners earnings. My solicitor has also wrote a cover note to go with it. I am preying it works I am so distort at the moment.

They should have informed you that it should be another 60 days for RFE review. However, there is no limited amount of days a case has been placed in AP.

I don't know why they didn't see this at the interview if the paperwork said he fell short. Did your fiancé not review it? Anyway confused a little how this happened, but just have to wait on them. If you did it correctly this time then hopefully something will change this Week. I've noticed London being a little slow the last couple of weeks. Have you followed this thread? https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/710088-k1-visa-ceac-status-stuck-on-application-received/

I do feel as if London has been slow recently for the fact that there is now a few us just waiting with no updates, and two of us that weren’t required to produce any extra evidence!
