Did you have the courier pick up your submission?

For a 221g in general--A few days if they get right back to picking up your case again. Maybe a week before they have time to review it. Keep watching your status  for date changes. It will say "issued" when they are done.

Not many get delayed for an I-134 because London is so lenient on those

Our interview was on the 13th of June. The embassy hadn't received my fiance's medical so we received a 221(g) form and our case currently sits in AP.

Processing times appear to be very slow even without getting a 221g. My fiancé had her interview on June 10th, the status stayed in "Application Received" all the way until June 18th. June 18th is when it updated to Nonimmigrant AP and it's been there ever since. Really unfortunate because the interviewing officer told my fiancé that she should have the visa in hand a week after the interview, now it's been over 2 weeks. @EffyEngland seems to be in the same situation, they've been much slower than usual over in London...

The fact that they kept the passport and income paperwork has to be a good sign (I think) as it seems they plan on issuing the visa then. I'm just paranoid about being one of those endless AP horror stories we've all probably read about on here. Here's to hoping we all get issued ASAP and can finally start our lives with our partners!

I really hope that it's good news. He didn't have a good interview experience as the lady was very short and would hardly let him talk. But I'm going to hope for good news. But I've been hearing from quite a lot of people how they're all stuck in AP, even after being approved.

Well that's good! I'm just sooooo nervous and it's been since January since we've seen each other. He wasn't suppose to travel on the ESTA (we had no clue until recently due to his cautions) so he can't come here and so the only way to see each other is if I go back over to England but it's either, safe the money in case we're denied for a waiver or just spend the money and fly back over... I hate this waiting game and never knowing a for sure answer.

if he made it to the interview I would think he would be ok as he got approved on the i29 his cautions would have been checked out on that form. do you have a lawyer. I know how hard it is I spent a year away from my fiancé with no family support , he came over to take me home last month I was approved then 6 days later was sent 221 stressed beyond words but it has worked out.i didnt realise you can travel on estea while applying for visa

I’m no expert, but I don’t think that’s correct. The I129F is predominately about the petitioner. I don’t think there’s even a section to complete re the beneficiary having committed crimes?

The beneficiary is looked into primarily after submitting the DS160, at interview stage...so it would be at interview stage (or the AP afterwards) where problems would arise, if they were going to...
