FILE USA TAX RETURNS: I just wanted everyone to know that I was able to file my USA tax return this year adding my wife on my return and applying for her ITIN number at the same time. Our PD date is January 2019 so hopefully this helps during the NVC phase. We filed married jointly without any problems. It took about 3 months to get the ITIN number, and now the tax return is processing and should be complete in 2 weeks. I just wanted to share my story for those that are considering filing taxes next year and want to add your spouse to prove more bonafide marriage evidence. So regardless of what you hear you can file a joint tax return even if your wife VISA is still pending or not approve.

If you have not heard or read about this new immagration Health care change then here is the link.

President Donald Trump invoked broad executive powers Friday, issuing a proclamation to block the entry of immigrants applying for visas who cannot prove that they will be able to obtain health insurance within 30 days of entering the United States.

Trump’s order takes effect Nov. 3 and applies to those who apply for immigrant visas abroad and do not have health insurance set up within a month after their entry or the financial means to pay for medical costs.

    CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZED USER.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to say for those that are trying to establish bonafide marriage or to to boost your bonafide documents already, I was able to add my wife as an authorized user on my credit card. today her credit card arrived in the mail and i will be mailing it to her. Now moving forward my monthly credit card statements will show both of our names on it. Even though we do  not have a joint bank account i think this helps as well. Be advised my wife does have an ITIN number from the IRS because we filed a joint tax return this year. In order to add your wife or husband they need to have atleast a Social Security Number or an ITIN number. I just wanted to share.

This my suggestion and my opinion.
    1. I do not think homeschooling is the best option for you because you will be new to America yourself and may not know all what is to know at first to home-school your child and provide the necessary education your child will need.
    2. Every school in America has problems of some type, but some are better than others. Assisting your child at home after school will help even more. Or if your child needs more attention hire a tutor.
    3. Looks like if your husband is staying with his sister there could be a money issue for your family but i could be wrong. Moving to a new home after he arrives and to another district is good, but I would caution that if money is a problem in your marriage to continue staying with his sister until you can save to move. You finding a good job right away may even prove to be harder.
    4. Placing your child into a public school will help him adjust to the new social status of being around American kids. If the teachers are not doing their job then try to find tutors that can help you child study more.
    5. I disagree that it is your responsibility alone to look out for you son future even though your husband is not the matter. You married your husband and I expect you want a long life with him. He has all the rights as the natural father to ensure your child  is taken care of.

    6. i think you should sign your kid up for school as soon as possible after arriving so that the child new education experience can start. When you move you can always withdraw them and move to a different school.
    7. Why do you think his school is bad. Google the school and have your husband to ask all the important questions.

Finally if moving to a better school district is right for your family I suggest do it, but just make sure it makes sense from a finical standpoint and whats best for your child. i wish you all the luck. Blessings.

Why does everyone keep getting wrapped around the USCIS processing times.? Why does everyone get upset when the the dates keep getting pushed back. Can't you see those dates and times are wrong. USCIS has been claiming for the last 4-5 months they are still working on May 2018 cases. All of that is bull #######. If you see people from diffrent facebook groups and on Visa Journey getting approved with PD of August 2018, stop waiting your time getting mad. USCIS is not on May 2018. That is real fake news.

My PD is January 2019. I stop getting made 4 months ago because I know all of those processing times are lies. 15 months I do not believe. I think only in the worse cases or hard cases maybe yes. From what i am seeing I think 12 months for most cases as a maximum. My advice is to don't worry about the processing times.

Focus more on preparing your wife or husband on the transition to the USA. Start preparing them mentally leaving their home country and family, keep them engage in their country if they need to learn English help them, research job opportunities in the USA for them,  if they are not working in their home country encourage them to learn a trade or find a job to gain experience so that when they come to the USA they can find a good or decent job. Give them much information about the city you live in and educate them on our culture, government, news stories, and all the good things about your city. Develop a plan together. The focus should be preparing our families for this new life. It is not going to be easy to bring a new person to our land and expect them to adjust quickly, that why if you are not doing it maybe you should. We are asking our wife or husband to trust us to leave all their family behind and join us so it is our job to make the transition easy for them and stop worying about other people getting approve before us or the USCIS changing times.. That is why I am doing all these thing with and for my wife and including her in every decision I make in the USA.

I see in many groups many new families divorced or have many problems all because they failed to prepare their foreign wife or husband for this new transition. So I say all of this to say let go and let God control USCIS and let God take the wheel in your case. If you feel like filing the I-129 do it. I did 1 week ago. So I wish everyone all the luck and God bless.
