I have an attorney, first she said we have to wait 30 days to inquire, after a month USCIS told her to wait 60 days to inquire, after the 60 days I submitted online inquiry and received an email saying my case is being adjudicated and I will hear something within 45 days. Today is 32 days since I submitted online inquiry. I talked to tier 2, first he was questioning me why I wanted to expedite my case (that was back on June) and then he said I will hear something end of December,  I don't believe him because I am already out of processing times so there is no need to wait for the end of December but I can't do anything. 
Thanks for your words, I know you are trying to support us but sometimes reality is hard and we have to deal with it as it is. 

What if I am a Feb filler and it's been 313 days since we filed? They issued rfe and received our response 90 days ago and still nothing.  It's not a matter of background check because they sent out RFE means they are done with background check.  At this time I hope to hear anything even denial better than wasting our life waiting for nothing . By the way,  none of us were married, have a child or any criminal record so .

It was on the mail because the website never changed. 

I just want to use this medium to encourage everyone still waiting on their approval. There is a reason why things happen and at the moment it seems very aggravating and annoying but know that delay is not denial. Who knows the reason for this delay may speed up the other processes or in fact align things perfectly for when your significant other arrives.  I am still waiting on mine and I have decided to let go of the anxiety and live in the moment. There would be down days leading up to the approval but I have a plan to get me out of any funk on those days. I have also planned the perfect meal I will have the day the approval comes (for those in Houston- Hop Doddy Burger, Shake Shack Fries and an Oreo Milkshake) plus the best sleep I'll have since November. 
 
So remember, Live and Let Go. This time next year this will be a thing of the past and most of us will have forgotten these days. I sure will!

Got it in the mail today, no updates on websites!!!! Just when I had given up!!!
I'm still in shock, fiance cried I screamed and screamed!!

800-375-5283 go through the prompts to speak to a representative then ask them to talk to a tier 2 agent. There's no direct way to reach tier 2

Dear Noor there was no way for me to know if they were delyed because the guy posted on Facebook that he did the interview and wanted to know the place where he can do the medical exam.  I think they do it in this order because of people going through AP and they don't want their medical exam to expire before they get the visa. So once you get a permission to do the medical exam it's a good sign of getting closer to get the visa. Try to get all of the documents even the ones you think it's not required. @zahraa and @amy1411 bless both of you ladies...I know the wait time can be awful and some telling you to calm down is not what you want to hear because we've all been there and some are still going through it..Yes, it gets desperately frustrating and you have every right to feel the way you do..However to ease my mind, I kept myself busy during our wait time by picking up a part time job and making a trip to Lagos while our petition was still in process..It indeed helped a lot...If picking up a part time job or some sort of hobby to ease your mind while going through the USCIS phase, by all means to do so if you can...Our petition was sent out February 2017 and our petition was approved November 2017...I pray that both of your journeys end in praise...

Most likely your CO needs  a lot of proof with what  you sent that should be good. You will soon get your approval. 

Honestly from what have heard from this forum, Lawyers really don't help they are only interested in been paid. Contact your congressman/woman it takes 4 weeks for them to contact USCIS and get back to you for mine own state. What was the RFE about? if you don't mind sharing? Honestly i feel you and I know what it means to see people who filed way after you getting approved but one thing I always put in the back of my head is, everyone case is totally different.
