Not providing photos, maybe you can get away with it, but no communication evidence at all?

To me unfortunately, it looks like you’re trying to avoid requirements and you’re using religious authority to help you bypass required documents.

Its like this, you traveled to a country for whatever reason and came back. Now you  found someone online or recommendation from a family member to marry, unfortunately in my view you never saw that person and only communicated via skype. Now for whatever reason you can’t travel, maybe tourist visa denial.

Passport stamps proove entrance to a country and not evidence for seing someone.

This very much this. And the fact that the petitioner is also from that same country doesn’t make this any easier. She could have just been there on a regular trip then came back and “met” someone and said hey I was there just now so that fulfills the requirement, I’m good. Just because you were in the same place at the same time does not prove you actually met. The opposite is true as well. If you only have photos but no passport stamps that doesn’t work either because you can’t tell when a picture was taken. You’re gonna have to meet again and make sure to show that you are indeed a real couple or you’re never gonna get an approval specially coming from a country like Iraq with so much immigration fraud. Religion is no excuse to bend the rules.

What you talking about, you can simply take pictures then delete after immigrating.
There are hundreds of people here that religion forbids them from taking pictures, however, they had no choice but to follow K1 policy.
It’s temporary anyway, take pictures, submit K1 package, go to interview, get visa, delete pictures.

Don’t take passport picture or drivers license pictures and see what happens.

Deleting messages and not making pictures was such a huge mistakes.
Looks like you have to meet again and refile the K1 from a scratch.

Embassy is not there for social services. Unfortunately the way I see it, You would probably try to immigrate your mom. Your husband should be the sole provider.

If your petitioner is a green card holder then you have to leave US.

Be a husband and stop being a child. She’s your wife. Clearly people aren’t taking you seriously for whatever reason.

Call her at work. Stop calling her mother, brother, you’re not married to them.

Mr.Jose reacted to TNJ17 in Trying to Find Easiest/Fastest Process for Fiance
There is absolutely no way it takes 5-7 months for fiancé visa and 9 months for spousal. It’s taking 9-12 months for fiancé and 12-16 months for spousal.

With that said, no she cannot use tourist visa to immigrate. That’s illegal. File for fiancé ASAP and wait out the time. If you have a legitimate reason to expedite you may file for that but most likely you don’t or won’t get approved for that unless it’s a real emergency.

Anyone with $500K or $1M to invest usually doesn't seek advice on a public forum.

A visit visa is for short-term visiting/tourism; it cannot be used as a shortcut to stay in the US.

Since this is a life-changing decision and requires very meticulous planning I’d strongly recommend your “friend” sign up for an account here and do his own research rather than rely on his “friend”, who knows nothing about the process, to ask around for him.

It’s one thing to ask a friend help you find a recipe online to cook tonight’s dinner. Quite another to have your friend research your immigration options.

Mr.Jose reacted to Roel in DENIAL AFTER 7+ MONTHS?! WHAT THE HELL.
You're mad at USCIS but you were missing crucial paperwork with your packet. That's on you. They are not required to send out RFE  - it was already base for denile especially no proofs of meeting in person. Everyone can write a letter.. I can write that I met Elvis Presley but pretty sure no one should believe  me unless I attach pics and hotel reservations with both our names on it.

If you want to get married and file for spouse visa, that's absolutely fine. But the waiting time is about 12 months - just saying since you seemed bothered that your k1 took 7 months.
