You need to do more research if you’re going to guide and represent your mom. There are tons of topics here covering almost anything for immigration purposes.

She has a big business, chains of restaurants in Philippines, but tries to get away from her ex with his baby, and give birth in the US, why not Philippines?

Your story doesn’t make any sense.

OP,  IMO, you are being used and being lied to.  If she is really so successful, how are you her only friend? Are you prepared to host her and a newborn in your home for an extended period of time?  If you rent, what will your landlord do to your lease? How will you financially afford two additional members of your family? Remember, newborns are expensive with both time and money. You are at risk in this situation.

Hey if she's rich she can give birth in the US of course. And rich I mean minimum 10.000$. That's if there will be 0 complications.

Tell her she won't be allowed to stay in the US though. Birth tourism doesn't give her any rights or status.  lets face it, that's what she's after. Dint give an excuse that she want to be away from her ex...

That's even if she'll be allowed on the plane when pregnant. Or allow to stay long. Given the circumstances she might be allowed to only stay couple of weeks.

I’m not quite sure. You have been what twice? Applied? Denied? If it’s the latter, your chances of getting a transit visa are slim to none.

I’m over 6ft as well and I know exactly what you’re talking about. That’s one of the reasons to buy tickets in advance, good seats. One time I was upgraded for free by a stewardess to premium seats, because I gave my seat to a little girl to sit with her mom, extra legroom really helps.

I don’t know why Delta charge so high for refundable tickets.

Refundable tickets cost more, sometimes $700+ more per person. Don’t forget, sometimes refundable means only if you’re sick or emergency situation. Read the refund policy multiple times if you plan on buying refundable tickets.

Actually the question should be for you, how old are you? First of all you’re talking off topic, either leave a professional answer or don’t post at all. Secondly, everything you’re saying are assumptions and you are talking without any evidence. Your responses and the way you write without any proof is simply immature.

I mean, if they have that much money - what's stopping them from flying the doctor to the UK? Pretty sure he'd do it if they would throw $100k at him.

It was her decision to immigrate to US, therefore, start learning English immediately, it’s a English speaking country.

Of course, always blame the officer when something doesn’t go your way, he’s there to do his job not to teach your mother english. And stop constantly pointing a finger at the officer, like he’s wrong and your mother in law is innocent.

People that immigrate, still keep speaking their language and don’t wanna learn English, yet they wanna be USC.

Not providing photos, maybe you can get away with it, but no communication evidence at all?

To me unfortunately, it looks like you’re trying to avoid requirements and you’re using religious authority to help you bypass required documents.

Its like this, you traveled to a country for whatever reason and came back. Now you  found someone online or recommendation from a family member to marry, unfortunately in my view you never saw that person and only communicated via skype. Now for whatever reason you can’t travel, maybe tourist visa denial.

Passport stamps proove entrance to a country and not evidence for seing someone.
