08/17/2017......i.485, received and fee waived 

11/25/2017.....I.765 received and fee waived, I sent this as son as I realized I qualify for c09

12/17/2018.......Expedit request for ead

01/18/2018......ead in hand

received 3prima faci in total 

08/01/2018.........request for more evidence to prove bonafied  marriage and shared residency, initially sent my case with little to no evidence as I did not have much, 

09/22/2018.........had to rewrite my state in detail and sent it

10/31/2018.......i.360 went to card being produced 

11/13/2018........status changes to approved, received both approval letter and ead, plus defend action letter

12/28/2018.......got request for initial evidence in my mail box from NBC, no online update, requesting my birthday certificate for I-485) I did not submit before

02/15/2019......Status changed to evidence received 

07/26/2019.........interview letter in my mail box, no online update 

08/15/2019..........interview at Houston field office, provide office with recent changes since I filled 2years ago, officer told me case will be held for supervisor review to expect decision 2-3weeks may take up to 4months

4:30am today case change to on 09/12/2019 we ordered your new card on I.485

The last time my case was updated  online was when they received my birth certificate feb 2019 at benefit center.I got interview letter in mail without online update, no notice of case transfer or cl, back from interview, no update what so ever that have been interviewed and I believe I may even receive card in mail without update. Just make sure they have your correct address so you don’t miss anything that is not updated online.

Yes, he gave me a paper that says supervisor review,he said he will give to his supervisor to review then I will receive decision in 3 to 4weeks.@FridayGirl@69 I am not scared for us, I have prayed and fastered for the kind of officer I meant yesterday, I am still fasting, praying and calling the card forth, it will arrival within matter of days. Relax and watch God do his thing!

I went to the Houston Police Department ID department and they did my background check and name check and gave me three identical letters stating I have no criminal record or ever been arrested . Don’t know if that’s the good moral character. The letter didn’t state for the past three years even though I’ve lived in the same county for four years . 

Request criminal record from Houston police department, you can go in their web site to print out the form, fill  and mail it with the correct fee to the address on the form, I think I did mine for $24 or so, can’t remember, tick immigration purpose, and make sure to add a valid I’d, I used my passport then.

Hello guys, it’s been a while, I forgot my password and decided to keep mute😁😁. Congratulations to all the approvals and interview coming up, my call in date is set for 2nd week August 2019 (surprised letter in mail box) no online update. I will go with grace and bring back testimony! April 2017 filler, approved November 2018.

Go to page 14, and take a look at number 12, that is what is written there, I am not sure if you are filling the right part, remember the form is used for many purposes so you are only supposed to fill part 10 which is the vawa part, when you go to part 10, on page 14, look at number 12, you will see were to request ead.
