More info is needed to help you. What visa, which country, how long ago were you refused, what was the reason given, what ties do you gave to your home country (job etc), do you have any family in the US? Etc.

I assume your Brother is in the US what is his status, is he visiting?

When does his status expire? Or when did it expire.

Which office is your Mother going through, could be sometime before she can adjust.

Unfortunately, you have made several serious mistakes.  I wish you had come here before filing :
    1.  Your mother can have no derivatives. She is an immediate relative of a US citizen.  You need to file a separate I-130 for your brother.
    2.  Your brother cannot adjust status through you as his priority date will not be current for more than 10 years in the future....maybe 20 years.
    3.  Your mother, as a legal resident, can file an I-130 for your brother, but it will be several years, minimum, before his priority date is current.
Do not allow your brother to file another I-485 now.  It will be denied also.  If his I-94 has expired, he is out of status.
I suggest you find someone who is knowledgeable of the process or an immigration attorney to help.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you've misunderstood. Your brothers I-485 was denied because there's no way for him to be included on your mother's application - parent sponsorship has no derivatives.

He'll either need you to petition him (very long wait), or your mother will need to once she's a LPR (still a long wait, but not quite as long as if you do it). What is his current status in the US and when does it end?

Another thing I’ve noticed over the years, which I find super interesting, is that a lot of these marriages win’t be happening once the U.S. green card is off the table…..🤔

It was revoked because they think it’s a green card marriage.

You may need to move to Nigeria and create a marriage that looks legit if you ever want him to immigrate.

Are you a lot older than him?

Then, you are filing an I-751, not an I-765.  You are removing conditions.  I hope you have consulted the VJ guide here:  By the way, it gets much easier after the I-751.  Good luck.

A Green Card is for living in the US, that does not stop you making visits outside.

6 months should be the max, I did know someone who had spent 4 months in Brazil as a soccer coach and was given such a hard time at Immigration that he did not leave again until he had naturalised.

Leave your bag and the hotel. Most hotels have this service or talk to the manager.

You simply state the event as it occurred and the outcome. You should get all official documents relating to the offence,  charge, court proceedings and results , and attach them to the application

If you're worried about CBP interrogation, try this:
    1.  Carry every possible bit of paperwork from the Pakistani police that has cleared you.
    2.  Carry printouts of any threatening messages from your ex-wife.
    3.  The instant you're questioned, hand these over to the CBP agent, explaining what they are.
    4.  At the same time as (3.), calmly say, "By the way, my ex-wife is out of status in the U.S.  I'll be happy to give you her coordinates so that your ICE colleagues can visit her, and you can take the credit for it."

I will answer this as if it was me this happened too. Some people have different ideas of what is acceptable behavior. If I brought a wife here and she had a past she didnt disclose to me I would question her honesty and the real reason she wanted to come here. You didnt say if this crime was violent (if it was sleep with one eve open) or moral (if so watch your assets) or drug related ( watch out for those drivebys) sooner or later this is all going to catch up with her. I would wish her well and leave her to her own Drama. She owns this not you and not being honest with you creates some real serious trust issues. Nothing in the law says you got to Rat them out so let her go to solve her problem her way. just because she has a warrant does not mean the country will extradite so turning her in will do nothing in that case. Not knowing the crime I would still make the same decision as she is dishonest and could bring you harm. I say Divorce and move on. This will catch up to her as when USCIS finds out they will take away her benifits as she lied on the forms.

Amd again, in some countries, anything can be bought. OP hasn't given us the country. So, we can't narrow down further.

Tough one. But if she's on interpol, soon enough, they'll link it to your address. "Ooo shoopp, here she is. She went to US, got a GC at this office. Here's her number and her hubby's and their address."

Honestly, if she's on interpol AND you now became aware, I'd call it in. Why? You won't be able to wiggle your way later when interpol comes knocking and they ask when you knew and why you didn't report as soon as you knew. And just like that, her problem became yours.

If I were you, I'd call it in. I'm sure local police have connection to interpol. And then get a divorce while she's going in. Easy divorce that way.

P.S. Doing it as I suggested may be a blessing and dislodge you from that I-864 obligation. Why? You divorce and she may be forced into signing I-407 on her way out.
