Greetings , if you can help with some questions regarding upcoming aos interview. I posted on forum but not many help feed back.
The checklist provided by uscis in notice of action is asking for completed examination form i693 unless already submitted.
we are not sure if that was the vacination documentation worksheet completed prior k1 visa interview at St lukes medical center in the philippines. We submitted the sealed envelope to the officer at the point of arrival.

So we dont have to worry about the vaccination documentation worksheet expiration date if there is one? Also, what if they ask for the sealed envolpe? do we tell them the officer got it at POE. Since we submitted the ds3025 to the officer who interogated me at POE then we dont have to provide form I693?
Attached is a photo copy . Is that what they are asking for unless already submitted ?
